PRICING: The daily price for one or two guests is $85 in low season, and $90 in high season. Low season runs from January 16th though April 30th. High season begins on May 1st and ends on January 15th. There is no extra charge for an infant if he or she doesn't need the Aerobed or bedding and extra towels.
If you require accommodation for three guests, this bedroom is large enough. A child, teen or additional adult can sleep on the single, inflatable Aerobed, gladly provided. The Aerobed, its bedding, additional towels and breakfast are available at an additional cost, as listed in the "Details" window. The price for three guests is $110 in low season and $115 in high season.
The weekly price is a multiple of the daily price.
This Airbnb listing is a rental of the large bedroom and private bath shown in the pictures, but not of the entire apartment. Pictures of the apartment are included to give prospective guests a good sense of the environment. The shared, open-plan dining area/kitchen contains a sizable fridge, microwave, four-slice toaster & electric kettle, and is available for breakfast and meals, though not for full, hot meals cooked on-site. A good continental breakfast and/or cereal, juice, coffee & tea are included. Our water is Brita-filtered, so bring your reusable water bottle!
Air conditioning is fully operational during summer months and heating is ample in winter.
Part of Logan, the neighborhood is centrally located and safe - a few blocks to hip 14th Street, a very pleasant walk to U Street or Dupont, and really close to the Washington DC Convention Center.
Lots of great public transportation nearby. The Metrobus, Circulator bus and 3 different Metro stops are all within blocks.
No need for a car, but there are very reasonably priced parking lots nearby.
Whole Foods Market, Capitol Market, a 24-hour Safeway and several Starbucks, Caribou Coffee and CVS stores are all located in the neighborhood.
