This is the opportunity to stay in one of the most hip and peaceful area's of Venice. Penthouse guests have a dedicated entrance that leads to the 3rd floor, where your private bedroom, private bathroom, and private balcony are located. You have open and shared access to the lounge room and kitchen where you can watch TV / movies, read, and make teas and other goodies.
This 3 story house is 50 meters from the progressive Abbot Kinney Bl, and it is 600 meters, straight down Winward to the heart of the Venice Board Walk. The house is a minute bike ride to the beach, but far enough away for peace of mind. You are in walking distance to Main Street, lower Santa Monica, Venice Canals, buses, taxi's, shops, restaurants. For your morning coffee or tea, Intelligentsia is a stones throw away. This flat is on the West side of Abbot Kinney, just off Winward. Goldilocks would find this local, just right.
The beauty about this space is that it is so close to all that Venice, Santa Monica, and Marina Del Rey has to offer... yet it is tranquil, hip, and beautiful. I used to live in an apt just off the boardwalk and its flat out crazy there and I can write from experience that 'this is the way to do Venice'.
It is an all natural house hold. All cotton linens, towels, no chemical cleaners or fragrances. Water filters are provided for drinking and showers. Enjoy the wireless internet, queen bed, and small desk / work station in your room; and you have access to a small biz hub (computer / printer / fax / scanner) if you fancy it. You also have a small outdoor patio just outside your room.

p.s.- there are 2 bikes available to guests. Parking: it is street parking, which is what I use as I do not have a private spot. Parking is plentiful, just out front or in back of the flat. The only caveats are street sweeping for 2 hours on Mon / Tues, and it gets tight on Sat and Sun from 12 to 6. With a little local knowledge, parking is easy. Every evening is wide open, as well as all weekdays.
