I had the most lovely time staying at Justin's flat in Paris and would do so again in a heartbeat! I did feel like a Parisian in a flat that truly became my home away from home. Justin was everything you want in a host - responsive, attentive to detail and providing information about what he loved about the neighborhood. It was perfect!

i made the reservation to Justin´s studio because i read the good comments of all you friends. we stayed at the Studio for a week and since the first moment we felt great. Justin is a great host. you can tell inmediately that he knows perfectly what a traveller needs. he help us at all times. Justin gave us a map showing the best places to eat, walk and all important things as landry or supermarket places. and the best: he gave us a movil so we could contact him any time. ( by the way,the bottle of wine was very good, Justin :) if there is a place to stay in paris, that is Justin place.

We had a great time at Justin´s studio. It was exactly what we were looking for: something off the common tourist track with more of a community feel to it. Before booking we did a lot of research on the neighborhoods and cost/benefit ratios in terms of location and apartment. This apartment exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased with the overall experience. The studio apartment is perfect for 1-2 people for any length of stay. It is equipped with a nice comfortable bed, all the appliances, utensils and good music (Bose system has an iPod input). The heater and hot shower worked great which was important since as we were there at the end of November. Very nice views from the balcony. If your looking for "typical" parisian neighborhood buildings, this is the one. As mentioned, there are convenient stores, pizza, italian, esp. the two cambodian ones and coffee shops all along the canal. There are 4 metro trains stations 5-10 minutes walk. One night we walked to Notre Dame, St. Germain, Marais, and other amazing places. The selling point was that you could get to anywhere in the city of Paris or in France, and also international trains very quickly. Overall, your not only getting the nice studio but a great experience at a perfect location!

Justin is a fantastic host. He was incredibly prompt in replies both before and during my stay. He was really helpful and accommodating during my stay, pointing out local points of interest. The place was clean, comfortable and I’d stay with Justin again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic! I can't recommend this place enough, perfect for 1-2 people, great views of the canal, super comfortable bed, excellent location in the 10th arrondissement- good shops, great food within a stones throw (particularly chez prune, & Le Cambodge for excellent cambodian), + the best bakery in paris! Its also very convenient to the metro & within walking distance to the Marais. Justin was a great host, carried my bags up the stairs and provided me with a map of nearby attractions (and a bottle of wine :)- All in all, perfect!

Justin received us promptly as agreed. His directions were accurate. The studio is exactly as you see in the pictures, clean, small but with everything that is essential. Consider six floors of stairs if you have any difficulty walking. The location is good but a little bit far from the major sights. There is a metro station is only 5 minutes from the studio that makes everything closer. It is a good place to stay for a good price in Paris.

We were the second guests to stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Le Marais. It is wonderfully located, within walking distance of many must see spots in Paris. The sun shines beautifully in the bedroom and in the kitchen/family room. Justin was a great host, and even left us some surprises in the house to enjoy. We would definitley recommend this apartment to any couple looking for a cozy and romantic stay.

My friend and I loved our stay at Justin’s apartment in lovely Le Marais, you couldn’t find a better location. Metro with line 1 just around the corner, 2 supermarkets, and great bakery with a lovely breakfast around the corner as well, lots of delicacy stores in the neighbourhood. The apartment is in an old house, very cosy and with a lift which it’s perfect. You need to pin cods to get in the building, so you feel very save. Justin welcomed us with a champagne, orange jucie and water. Great host!

The apartment is perfectly situated in central Paris as it's close to many great bars and restaurants and the sights are easy to walk to. The space itself is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Justin is a great host who gave many recommendations and even checked in midway through our stay to see how things were going. I would certainly recommend this space to any friends who visit Paris in the future.

Justin's place is the perfect solution for a young couple, the apartment is exactly like in the pics and the view (directly from the rooftop!!) is really amazing! You have the whole city at your feet! The apart is stylish, modern, well furnished and has everything you may need for your stay! The bathroom is not to big but it's new and perfectly clean. The position is central and right around there are a lot of attractions, restaurants, bistros, shops, ecc. Last but not least, Justin is a super friendly and kind guy, he gave us all the information we needed to get to the apartment and on the arrival day he welcomed us with some water, cookies, and a bottle of wine. In one word: perfect!

A tasteful example of life in the 7th, this is a beautiful and peaceful location. Having visited Paris 4 or 5 times over the years we have stayed in a variety of arrondisements and accommodation styles all of which offer a unique insight into the City of Light. However this apartment is cleverly designed for maximum usable space whilst exhibiting artworks and books which highlight the cultural aspects of Parisian life thereby whetting your appetite for the daily and nightly adventures available in the City. Quiet yet close to galleries and retail outlets the apartment is well-served by nearby restaurants, bars and the wonderful La Pagoda cinema.

The apartment was great,clean and cozy in a really good spot!!although it was too many stairs-good practice for body-justin's studio it made our staying perfect! I truly recommend to others because we loved it! what's more, justin is the best hoster, really helpful with his maps and advices :)

The apartment is just as incredible as it looks in the pictures. It's clean, spacious, light and really comfortable. The kitchen is fully-equiped and we were provided with soft towels and sheets. The furniture is very well designed and there are great artworks hanging on the walls. Two down-sides: First is that the toilet is in a separate room downstair, while the sink and shower are in the bathroom upstais (but I was told that this is quite common in France). Second is that it isn't really in Marais, it is acctually 4 sub-stations after there (Saint Paul Station). The good thing is that the closest station is half a block away, and serves two useful lines (1 and 8). The neighborhood is calm and secure, and there are lots of useful stores near (market, supermarket, restaurants, brasseries, boulangeries, etc.)

Really lovely apartment in a super central, convenient location. Gorgeous rooms all beautifully furnished with antiques, overlooking a private courtyard. So quiet at night -- we slept like the dead! Owner was very polite and helpful. You can really feel like you are a Parisian when staying here! Proximity to La Grande Epicerie is a HUGE plus!

Justin was a great host and helped make my two weeks in Paris a fantatic experience. His bright, airy studio provided everything I needed for comfort & convenience, and the Canal St. Martin location was perfect. Justin's recommendations about restaurants & shops were right on, and he's got my enthusiastic recommendation!
