Our 2400 square foot California Contemporary house is filled with sunshine. Large south facing windows invite the sun in. We are close and convenient to bus transportation to downtown (4 miles)in an upscale neighborhood, and actually walking distance to Cherry Creek Shopping Center and Cherry Creek North. Robinson Park is half a block away. If you are a tennis player, we can arrange court time for you at the Denver Tennis Club 3 blocks away (we can find you a game, too), or JCC Sports and Fitness (pools, work out facilities) 5 blocks away. Bicycles available for your use. Enjoy our hospitality in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bath, and a cool downstairs bedroom and bath are available. We are anxious to meet you and have you as our guest. We are healthy, fit and active, over 60 with a cat Frankie, who can be stand offish at times. Delighted to serve you breakfast, join us for dinner and tell us all about your experiences. LCD TV and extensive DVD library.
