We have one seperate bedroom with a bed for 2 and one big sofa for 2 in the living room. Bathroom and toilets are seperated. We have a nice kitchen where to cook nice meals. The entire appt is 48m². The building is modern (2000) and the area is very safe and quite with a nice and big park at 2 minutes by walk. The center of Paris is at 20 minutes by subway or by bus.
