Waterfront Studio

We had a wonderful weekend at the waterfront studio. It is a cozy, compact, well-located unit with great views and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We were happy to be tucked away in a relatively quiet and peaceful area, in one of the older, smaller low-rise complexes with lots of character. The manager was friendly, helpful and laid back. The beach was fabulous.

I almost don't want to share our experience, I don't want the world to know about this fabulous spot!!! The space is exactly as shown/described. Perfectly comfortable and well stocked. Within walking distance to everything, but tucked away enough that it feels like you're on private grounds far from downtown. The veiw from the condo is so spectacular, ecspecially after a quick shower and the rainbows appear. What a treat to be able to see the bay while dipping in the pool. Everyone was super friendly, both guests and staff. Cheryl was easy to get ahold of and very kind! Rich and I can't wait to go back!! Couple tips...pirate cruise is super fun, The Bait House in the marina, awesome lunch great hidden location, if you have a car take the ride to Passe Grill Our trip was last month and we STILL can't stop talking about it!

A small sweet osais amongst the high rise condos & very quiet ! A real perk is that the studio is Eco Friendly which was really nice with no harsh chemicals used or smells. Some nice touches with a French coffee press , micro plane, & organic sheets etc. Marvelous views of the sunrise from sitting in bed in the morning. Incredible night lights over the water with a view to Clearwater. Nice to have the ocean outside with a wonderful dock to sit on. A quick 5 minute walk to Clearwater Beach with white sand where you can walk to your hearts desire. The studio is on the second floor with outside door to hallway always locked for extra security. The managers live on the premise and as a single woman staying there I felt safe. Cheryl was easy to reach by phone & there was good communication before my arrival. Everything you need except for the grocery store (a short 5 minute drive over the small causeway) is in walking distance with lots to do.

We had a great stay! Everything was as described. The resort was within walking distance to the ocean and peir60 - even with my 7 year old daughter. We even saw dolphin off of the dock one night. The pool was fabulous. Everyone was so nice!!! Would definately recommend this to others. Thanks Cheryl!

We had a great 4 nights stay at the Waterfront Studio. Very friendly welcome by resort manager, who gave us some helpful dining and clearwater location info. The studio was clean and well furnished, fold-away bed, tv, radio, full kitchen, bathroom. Towels, bedsheets etc all provided. At the resort we used the time to dig into our books either at the pool, the patio area or the dock (look for dolphins!) The location of the studio is perfect if you want to have some days of just going to the beach and enjoy the town. Everything was within walking distance. Beach (5 Minutes), several good restaurants/ sports bars (2-10 minutes), shops/pharmacy (5 minutes). To stock our fridge, we use the publix, just over the bridge (5 minutes with the car). WiFi is a little bit weak at the apartment itself, but good in the resort area. Overall we really enjoyed the time here, going to the beach twice a day, reading books at the pool and enjoying the famous grouper burgers at the restaurant. :o)

Location, location, location! Cheryl's cozy efficiency is perched over the bay on a quiet cul-de-sac with stunning views from all windows and dolphins frolicking around the dock. We appreciated the heated pool, convenient laundry room, and the sociable neighbors with their 4:00 happy hour. Most of Clearwater Beach's attractions are within easy walking distance, including bars, restaurants, shopping, beaches, and even a library and rec center offering fitness classes. And if you're lucky, Cheryl may be offering yoga-on-the-beach while you're in town, an experience not to be missed!

Cheryl's place was great! a short walk from the beach, shops and nightlife. Very charming!

I had a great time staying here. The studio had just about everything we needed, and great location. Everything was very close to walk to. The sunset just at the end of the street was amazing. The dock had everything we needed, and even came with an amazing sunrise. ((Bonus)) The kitchen came in quite handy, with all of the provided accessories. Nice big TV. (although no time to watch TV when there is so much going on in Clearwater Beach and all the water activities so close) This place is a diamond in the rough. The entire building and site were very well kept, clean, well lit and a great design. Cheryl was a big help. I will definitely be reserving again...++++

The condo was beautiful. The perfect size for two. Everything was almost walkable, with great cab service. The views from the back are gorgeous. I would definitely recommend staying at Cheryl's place next time you go to Clearwater beach.

As described. Apartment is in an older set of buildings but well updated and maintained. Friendly and helpful resident managers on site. Terrific quiet location. Quick two-block walk to an absolutely marvelous beach, nightlife, restaurants. Lots of activity at the nearby (4-block walk?) pier--artists, street performers, and the like. We didn't see much in the line of basic support facilities like supermarkets or gas stations nearby, so take care of that sort of stuff before you get to the beach area. WiFi service inside the apartment was spotty, but signal was great once you got out into the patio area. We'd come back!

Cheryl is truly a wonderful person and a good friend. I have known her for about 10 years. She is fun, bright, caring, compassionate and a great yoga instructor. Whether you want a serious, deep conversation or a good laugh - Cheryl is open for either. She is a fabulous guest and I welcome her in my home anytime.
