Inclusive "Hotel Like Room" in LES

  Just got back from a three-night stay with Madison, and it was perfect! She was very friendly, helpful, gave me lots of tips on places to go and things to eat. The room was spacious and comfortable; the house was incredibly clean. She even took out the iron so I would be ready for all my interviews while in town. Great location, walking distance to two subway stops and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Madison and her place come highly recommended!

  Madison is really easygoing and relaxed. Helped me with some information when I got to the city. She even went travelling, so It was me and her partner josh at the house. No problems and the best is that everything is clean and just like the pictures. Staying in the lower east side was a pleasure. Thanks Madison I will definetly come back! Guilherme.

  Staying at Madison's was my first experience with airbnb - and she truly eased any anxieties that I had about using an arrangement such as this website. She did not disappoint and is as everybody else has reviewed her as such -- she is a lovely host, incredibly down-to-earth, and super knowledgeable about the city! She made some great recommendations and was generally very easy-going and great to get along with! The room is more spacious than any of the hotel rooms that I had researched in the city. The bed was comfortable, the in-room television was a nice touch, and her hot shower was a treat after a long day of walking! The location is great (with an excellent cafe below that serves cheap & delicious coffee!) -- only a 10 minute walk from the mta, but steps away from chinatown, the bowery, and soho. Bus stops are outside of the apartment as well. I will definitely be personally recommending Madison's place for friends/family in their future trips to NYC! (The only recommendation that I followed from previous posts that I would advise for future guests is to bring earplugs -- because the apartment is located in a busy community and can be loud outside. Other than that, we had no problems) Thank you again for being such a lovely host Madison! See you again I hope! :)

  I totally can recommend to stay at Madison’s apartment. Everything looked exactly like on the photos. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had a great time there.

  Madison and Josh were great hosts. Easy going, knowledgeable, generous and happy to let me do my own thing. The room was spacious and warm, the apartment was clean and easy to get to. It's in a great location. If all AirBNB places were like this then I'd never need to stay in a hotel again!

  Madison is a lovely local. Her place is super clean and you do feel like you are staying in a hotel. The bed is super comfy and the room is big. She made us feel very welcome with info, maps and snacks. Her dog Kelvin is a big cutie, and i think i only heard him bark once. The subway is walking distance and there is a lovely coffee shop on the way. We had a great stay in NY thanks to Madison.

  Madison's home is better than staying in a hotel. I loved the experience of actual living in New York with great local restaurants nearby, the subway down the street, and hearing the sounds of the city. Her home is cozy and decorated nicely, the bathroom is beautiful and clean.The room was tidy and let in great sunlight in the morning. Madison was very helpful, she was a great resource whenever we needed advice or directions. There is a Mexican restaurant on the same block, I recommend the steak. Her dog is super cute too.

  This was the first time we used airbnb and it couldn't have been better. Madison was very kind and helpful. The room was large and tidy - also the bathroom. There were also some snacks, maps, toiletry and fresh towels. Right next to the house is a small shop. There is a bus station near the house and you can walk to the next metrostation. I would choose Madison's appartement again for my next trip to NYC.
