Wrightwood, town without a traffic light. Elevation 6,000 ft. Approximate population, 3,300. Only 15 miles off I-15, it's the easiest mountain drive in southern California.

Originally inhabited by Serrano Indians, Wrightwood evolved into a cattle ranch, apple orchard, then finally into a quiet mountain resort community. Wrightwood's history is apparent with buildings from years ago still standing and incorporated into everyday community life.

Camping, fishing, skiing, hiking, picnics and plain old FUN! Wrightwood is a land of four seasons, always something to do, always an opportunity to relax and enjoy life.

Adventuring hikers and can access points of interest and features such as Mt. Baden Powell, the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail, and enjoy the Angeles National Forest and its secret wonders. Peace and quiet is a major feature of this wonderful community.

Wrightwood is home to the some of the finest skiing in southern California. Ski Sunrise offers family/intimate and glade skiing while Mountain High provides nearly 20 miles of runs for more experienced skiers. Throughout the Angeles National Forest there are many areas available for snowplay, sledding, and other winter opportunities.

Price per bed includes complimentary healthy morning fuel (breakfast).

NOTE: These beds are twins and can accommodate only 1 person per bed.

The bed only comes with a fitted sheet on top of the mattress. You must provide additional bedding (Sleeping Bag Highly Recommended)

We also ask that you bring your own towel to shower and slippers to wear around the house. We are a SHOES OFF home. (We dont like to bring the forest / snow / pine needles inside. Im sure you can understand.)

This is nontraditional but it keeps our costs down and allows us to host you for 1 night minimum (most other homes in Wrightwood are 2 night minimum)

Healthy Fuel in the morning:
Oatmeal (Brown Sugar / Raisins)
Wheat Toast (Peanut Butter / Jelly / Butter)
Coffee / Water
Hard Boiled Egg

NOTE: There is no access to the kitchen other than the breakfast we provide. We are OK with you bringing snacks, but no cooking and no refrigeration available unless other arrangements have been made between us.

NOTE: We keep the heat at 68 - 70 degrees. If you are not used to the cold, bring appropriate clothes to hang out / sleep in. We do not allow extra electrical heaters or electrical blankets. Each room has central heating.

Check in time is 4p. Check out time is 10a. (Flexible upon approval)
Breakfast is served 8 - 9 am. Buffet style.

There is a really cute deck in the back if you come in the summer for Navitat Zip Lining, Frisbee Golf or Silverwood or Jackson Lakes.

NO PETS (We have 2 friendly dogs)
NO sick people; This includes any contagious colds, coughs, etc.

We can accommodate family reunions, birthday parties, business outings / meetings, religious groups, Meetup Groups, etc.

We would love to have you come and stay with us! If we are available we can take you on a great hike in the morning after coffee!
