  We had a wonderful time staying at Amy's apartment in New York. The apartment was great. Just the right size for our family of 4. The location is perfect.   We were first time AIRBNB guests -- and not sure how it would all go. All I can say is WOW, INCREDEBLE!!! Our trip to New York was absolutely fantastic and Amy's "elegant apt" was the simply incredible! The view from the apt. was breathtaking both day and night. Amy was an awesome hostess! Well organized, thoughtful, classy, and extremely helpful! The location is as good as it gets! The rooftop view was AMAZING!!!!!!. I could go on and on, but if you read all of her reviews, you will understand. If you want to experience NYC and live as a native, and have a safe elegant place to return to after a day out and about, this is hand's down the BEST! We had a great first AIRBNB experience, and are looking forward to trying it again. As far as return trips to NYC, Amy will definitely be our first choice. Cheers Amy.

  Amy's apartment is well located for the arts, entertainment and recreation. It's very well stocked with every essential and everything works well, especially the endless supply of HOT water! The balcony is an added bonus. You can see Central Park one way and the Hudson the other. Amy is communicative, friendly and genuine - a delight to work with. Had a great experience there and will not hesitate to call Amy on the next visit to New York.

  We had an incredible 5 days in New York staying in Amy's apartment. If like us, you are new to NYC this is the perfect location! Right next to Central Park, just a walk down to Broadway, near the Lincoln Centre and museums, close to a wholefoods store, and not too far from the metro. Amy is incredibly helpful - always replying promptly to questions and supplying all sorts of info that you might need. Her place is fully equipped and we found it very helpful being able to get ourselves a good breakfast at the apartment before we set out each day. We were staying there with our adult daughter and there was plenty of room for all of us. Of course, as the other reviews all say, the 'icing on the cake' is the range of stunning views from the rooftop and the apartment itself. We were up early on the morning we left and were treated to an amazing sunrise between the skyscrapers. Thanks Amy, we loved your place and would recommend it to anyone!

  Everything was perfect !! Appartment very well located near Central Park with all commodities nearby. Very nice views from the appartment which is perfect for a family of 4 people with a lot of space. Amy is a very nice person always providing us with a lot of intersting informations about NYC and the appartment. If I can, I will come back again here. Thank you Amy !!

  Amy is really a wonderful host (always ready to help you and give you useful information). and i want again to thank her warmefully to having given us the opportunity to use her great falt as a (very luxury and classy) base camp to enjoy this New yorker experience Her appartment is extremely nice . it is very well located (the area is very pleasant and you can reach easily every part of the town in metro or bus) and perfectly equipped Views from the appartement are amazing (but nothing can match the breathtaking views from the roof terrace). I would without any hesitation recommend this place to anyone who whishes to enjoy a trip to New York.

  Amy's apartment is in a perfect location for getting anywhere in Manhattan. We loved being so close to Central Park and Lincoln Center. The views from the apartment were wonderful - being on the 25th floor gave us a nice perspective of the city. We were high up enough to be above most of the city noise. Amy left us great information on places to go and things to do. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't cook while we were there, but everything was there if we wanted to. Highly recommended.

  Our first trip to NYC was a total success and much of the credit goes to Amy and the helpful advice she gave us. During our stay she kept in contact with us to make sure all of our needs were met. The apartmennt was the perfect size for the three of us. The laundry facility in the building was very convient. We felt very safe in the building as well as walking in the neighborhood. The location is so close to the city bus stop as well as the subway. We could look down into the Lincoln Center from the living room. Watching Macy's July 4th fireworks on the Hudson from the rooftop was the grand finale for our trip. This was our first time to use AirBnB and it was a total success.   Perfect stay for the three of us! Wonderful apartment, very clean, well equipped (incl. WLAN, dishwashing machine, two washrooms, etc.) and perfect location near Columbus circle. View to Central Park from balkony and fabulous view from roof top (sun downer)! Amy had been a great host, very well organised and provided lots of very helpful information! We very much recommend Amy and her wonderful apt to everybody visiting NYC!
