Amy est adorable, nous a recu de maniere tres personnalisee et a tout fait pour nous aider a decouvrir NY avec pleins de suggestions, adresses et brochures utiles. Son appart est parfaitement situe en plein centre avec une vue magnifique. De quoi se sentir un vrai New Yorkais. En plus Amy parle tres bien Francais et adore notre pays. Quand nous reviendrons a NY c est une adresse que je recommande et que nous utiliserons a nouveau. Amy merci encore et a bientot j espere!! Xavier

Our trip to New York was fantastic and Amy's "elegant apt" was the icing on the cake! The view from the apt. was incredible both day and night. Amy was an awesome hostess! Well organized,thoughtful, classy, and extremely helpful! The location was perfect for shopping,shows,and dining! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. All of the in-house ammenities... laundry, gym, pool, and doorman were wonderful! The rooftop view was amazing. If you want to truly appreciate the cityscape of New York and have a fabulous place to return to after a day out and about, this is hand's down the BEST! This would be my top choice for future bookings. Linda

The apartment was fantastically well located and Amy went out of her way to help us. Another huge benefit was the gym and pool in the building, and the rooftop, which had great views of the city and the Hudson.

amy is a very considerate and thoughtful host,and the apartment is really as great as it sounds. the expansive views through every window, as well as the balcony,add to the sense of being in the heart of things, and the location is perfect. we were able to walk to all the broadway and lincoln center theatres, 9th ave. is right outside the door, and is a treasure trove of small, reasonably priced restaurants,with a lively and hip ambience. the added features of the extra half-bath in the apt. + the roof deck and the pool in the building, make this hands-down the best rental experience we've had in several visits to NYC. thank you, amy, for making your home ours! we will be back as soon,and as often, as possible!

We are very happy and lucky to have found Amy's announcement. Amy is really kind, helpful and obliging. Before staying in her apartment, she took time to answer my questions very quickly and sent me plenty of information on NY City. Arriving in the apartment, it was amazing, we felt as at home. There is enough space for all of 4, a kitchen with all utensils to cook, an extra bathroom (well-appreciated to be ready in the morning), a great bedroom with a beautiful viewpoint, a balcony to get a breath of fresh air. Also, 3 big points are a real extra. The location : near all commodities, easy to have a good time in central park, access to foodstore 24 hours,... The rooftop : one of the most impressive view (by night like by day) after Empire State Building and Top of the Rock... The swimming pool : really appreciated in early morning to begin a nice day. That’s sure, next time I come in NY, I’ll go to Amy’s place :) Eugene

My husband and two children stayed here just after Easter, we had a fantastic time. The views and location are amazing. Amy is a fantastic host and all the staff in the building are really friendly. Great views from the balcony, close to transport, shops, Central Park and restaurants. Loads of NY information in the apartment and a great kitchen which is really useful for a family. Thanks Amy, you and your apartment made our stay really special : ) We would book this again.

Had a wonderful time at Amy's apt. The view is fab and location leaves nothing to be desired. Will definately plan to stay there again. The place was clean and no problem finding things. She left plenty of information about the area and city. We hope it is available next time we go to NYC.
