This is a beautiful villa hidden in a seemingly poor village. Juanca is super nice and very knowledgeable in Peruvian food and the travelling tips. Put it short, everything you need when travelling in Valle Sagrado area. Don't forget to ask him to bring you to Huacatay, best restaurant of my whole trip. 10/10 for sure.

What a beautiful property in the middle of the Sacred Valley! A central location to explore all the sites of the valley from one base, close enough to Urubamba to get a taxi to dinner (or to deliver a pizza after a long day exploring the ruins. Ask Juan Carlos for the driver's phone number!) We especially enjoyed the hummingbirds and flowers in the garden and the views of the surrounding mountains. The bungalow is located off the main road, quiet, secluded and peaceful. The beds are comfortable, water hot, and room clean. It was a truly delightful stay! There isn't a full kitchen, but we had everything we needed to have a delicious and fresh breakfast each morning - coffee maker, hot water heater, toaster, microwave and refrigerator. Juan Carlos might even be able to store some of your luggage if you're headed to Machu Picchu and need to leave something behind due to the weight limit on the train. Thanks again for a great stay, Juan Carlos!

The pictures and listing details were very accurate. Communication with Juan Carlos was easy and he went out of his way to help us, not only with arranging transport to the airport but helping out with taxis during our stay and even restaurants. He even got me more bread to take with me our last morning because I said I loved it so much with the breakfast. The bed was comfy, there were TV channels in English, the windows had screens, nice amount of hot water, and beautiful area. Our only sadness was that the fireplace did not work properly so we could not use it. Do be aware that his place is a 20-30 minute walk into town so if you are looking for a place in the middle of it all, this might not be the place for you. But if you want somewhere with an excellent host in a beautiful setting, then book this bungalow now.

Juan Carlos was very available by email though we did not actually meet. He checked in regularly with the taxi driver, Juan, who was a huge help through the entire stay. The place was beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The garden was incredible and a fantastic space to hang out in.

Juan Carlos genuinely wants to make your stay comfortable and memorable. He succeeded all my expectations. Juan took the time to keep in contact with my family and I about everything regarding our stay in such a sweet way. Whenever I had a question he was very attentive to answer immediately. His place is magnificent! Exactly like in the pictures which really don't give it justice. We fell in love with how beautiful, quite, and relaxing it was. At times we didn't even want to leave the property because of its calming effect. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially someone that wants to get away from the hustle and just wants to unwind. Everything in the bungalows was very clean and with up to date amenities. We especially felt extremely safe with two of the most sweetest dogs around. In all, hands down the best experience we have ever had that will be cherished. Can't wait to go back!

Juan Carlos was an amazing host...arranging transport, recommending restaurants, and providing excellent suggestions for daily itineraries. Unfortunately, we only had 2 nights at this beautiful home with even more beautiful gardens. He even went out of his way to help us arrange final plans with our trekking company by using his personal phone. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Everything about our stay was perfect! Laura and Juan Carlos were incredible hosts, Laura helped us get settled, made great recommendations for things to do and restaurants not only in Urumbamba but also on the next phase of our trip to Cusco City. On our last day in Urumbamba she even had a hot breakfast waiting for us. This was our very first time in South America, and we speak almost no Spanish, but Laura spoke excellent English and we felt very comfortable. They were very easy to communicate with, we used or talked in person. Also, Laura and Juan Carlos have a wonderful young man working for them named Juan. He drove us everywhere and was so nice and patient with us. We highly recommend staying here. About the place- the place is very clean and comfortable. We had wifi, tv, heat, hot water, etc. there was a snack in the fridge for us as well. The bungalows are very relaxing, we loved hanging out in the hammock at night watching the stars and petting their adorable dog, Cocoa. The location is close to a lot of cool inca sites too, we saw Machu Picchu, Moray, Maras, Ollantaytambo, and Pisaq. We will definitely return and recommend to friends.

Juan Carlos User ProfileJuan Carlos is a superhost.
