Set in the lively 18th arrondissement, and high up in the hills of Montmartre, one of Paris few remaining villages, the apartment is a stones throw from steps that lead up to the Basilique du Sacre Coeur, with its sweeping outlook over the city, and the artistic quarter of Montmartre. Place Pigalle (Moulin Rouge), Place de Clichy, Place des Abesses, and Marche aux Puces (the famous Paris antiques market) are all within easy walking distance.

The apartment of about 42m2 comprises an entrance hall, a large double living room with balcony, a practical and modern kitchen, a new bathroom and a bedroom. The apartment building has an elevator and secure entry.
The living room, with wall-to-ceiling French doors opening onto the balcony, has a generous and comfortable sofa (convertible to a double bed), table, chairs and cabinet/bookcase. The quiet and secluded bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and storage space. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass top, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and generous capacity washing machine/dryer. The bathroom has a shower, vanity basin and cabinet, and toilet. All everyday living requirements are provided.
