Stylish 145 m2 Terrace Loft For 6

Mark was very hospitable and the apartment was great! Loved the light in the living room space. It was so convenient for our purpose of going back and forth to Park de exposition,,,even enjoyed dinner at a local bistro with the entire neibourhood watching soccer.

My family and I (7 total) stayed at Mark's place for 2 nights (2 in each of the 3 bedrooms, 1 on couch). The reviews and pictures are right on - Mark and his flat are impeccable. He met us at his place, gave us a proper orientation, and is super organized. The flat is incredibly spacious and clean. It has all the comforts of home. It is super convenient to the central train station (Gare du Nord, ~6 direct metro stops away) and very close to the Orange line metro. The hip area of the Oberkampf is a few stops away. It Is located in the 19th Arrondissement and is approx 30-40 mins to the main sites of Paris by metro; not too bad. We were all comfortable, had tons of room, and would definitely stay at Mark's place again! He's a super host!

First of all, we (7 people) had a wonderful time in Paris and Mark's fantastic appartment was one of the main reasons for that... The neighbourhood is calm and clean for Paris ... a few minutes walking down the street and you find everything you need for grocery shopping ... small butcher, fish and vegetable shops with really good food. The appartment was warm once we figured out how the heating works, which wasn't complicated by the way. Everything was very clean and the kitchen served perfectly well for our purposes, i.e. perparing large meals for 6+... What really impressed us all, was that even in the patio/terrace it was very quiet. Everyone of us sleeped very well in the beds and even the big couch seduced me into a few naps... Mark was a wonderful host and more than friendly. He showed and explained us everything we needed to know about the appartment. It seemed to me that Mark is really taking care of his guests and he must have checked his airbnb mails every minute because I never had to wait long for an answer. All in all Mark and his appartment passed with high distiction and a A+ :-)

The apartment is really lovely. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We all agreed that the terrace would be a lovely place to dine when the weather is good. Mark is a really organized host. Everything was in place and there was a folder prepared on all the instructions needed to use the facilities in the house as well as how to get around Paris. It was a shame Mark wasn't around to greet us but his friend Joanne came to welcome us and she was well friendly and helpful! The location of the apartment is really convenient. There is a supermarket round the corner and the metro station is literally a few minutes away. Highly recommend anyone to stay here when they're visiting Paris! :)

We stayed at Marks apartment for 6 days, It's a lovely place and conveniently located close to the metro. Mark was not in town, but his lovely friend Joanne helped us check-in and out. There are plenty of restaurants close by and a supermarket downstairs. It's located between CDG airport and the city so you don't get caught in the traffic when you come in after a long flight. I would recommend this apartment to anybody visiting Paris.

My family and I loved staying at Mark's beautiful flat! We were in Paris for seven days, and it was a haven to come back to after a long day of site-seeing. There was a total of six of us staying in the flat, and we had more than enough room. The living room in beautiful and spacious (looks exactly like the photos). We especially loved the bedrooms because the beds were even more comfortable than our own beds at home! We were staying in the flat in December and had no problem with the heat. We were nice and cozy all week long. The hot water also stayed warm even with six of us staying showers and using the washing machine and dishwasher. The flat is located less than a block away from a metro stop, and extremely convenient. It isn't in a touristy neighborhood which we preferred. It allowed us to try out some great restaurants nearby where the food was delicious and there wasn't a tourist to be seen (except for ourselves!). We particularly liked Aux Arts et Sciences Réunis. We also found the neighborhood very friendly. None of us spoke much french, but at all the grocery stores and pastry shops and restaurants, we found people very helpful. Mark is a WONDERFUL host! We've stayed in other air b and b locations that provided far less information about the flat and location. Mark goes above and beyond, and is so friendly and welcoming! Whenever we return to Paris again, we will definitely be getting in touch with Mark staying here if we can! Thank you, Mark, for a wonderful stay!

Mark's loft is beautiful and very comfortable place to stay in and I highly recommend contacting Mark if planning to be in Paris. Unfortunately, Mark wasn't in town to see us but he had a very nice friend check us in and out. The first night it became a bit cold and I sent an email to Mark and the first thing the next day, another friend came by and fixed the problem. Everything else went smoothly. Aside from his dedicated friends, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization put in my Mark. He has created a very useful binder full of valuable information for visitors of Paris. The location of the apartment is about 15 minutes from central Paris but the metro station is only a block away and there are many shops/restaurants open a few blocks away in case you need to pick up a late night bite/groceries etc. Thanks Mark for hosting your wonderful apartment!

Mark is really nice and interesting, we spent some good time talking ! The flat is amazing, all design, very big. The covered terrace is really unique in Paris. The kitchen is huge and there is everything you need in it. Rent it for you family or just for a couple if you wanna impress your lover !

Courteous and thorough host. Apartment was clean and everything worked. We had a great time and I can highly recommend Mark to anyone.

This was the last stop of our trip and we're all super glad we chose Mark's place. The apartment is true to the pictures posted, it was clean, tidy and we loved the communal areas. Plenty of space to sit around and chill. Location was great too, super near to ourcq metro with bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies around. Mark was also a great friendly host and provided many many help! He promptly brought a portable heater over when we told him it was getting a bit too cold in the house. Recommended!
