MANHATTAN LOFT

Excellent location in the heart of Manhattan. Ron was a gracious host and we all felt like old friends by the end of our visit. Accommodation we exactly as described. Very clean and spacious apartment. Sharing one bathroom, amongst 4 people was not a problem. Ron was helpful with directions & recommendations throughout the city. He could also be quite as a mouse & disappear into his private part of the apartment. I would definitely stay here again and hope that Ron would serve up that great coffee and some of his life experience. Overall a VERY enjoyable & affordable stay !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ron's loft. It enhanced our NYC experience. We have recommended others to stay here and will definitely stay again. Ron was accommodating, hospitable and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting him.

This is the second time I've stayed with Ron, as it is a no-brainer for me to book with him on any New York trip. This time around I wasn't able to enjoy the city as much as I had wanted to, because work circumstances kept me glued to the computer. This wasn't so bad, mostly because the loft itself is big and beautiful and a pleasure to be in, which made it more bearable and also because Ron is discreet and gracious, so I always felt right at home.

Ron's place was great. Very clean and comfortable and in a great location. The views and the coffee were first class. Great place to stay and Ron is a fantastich host. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Rons for 18 nights during September and "did" NYC. We had a great time and Rons accommodation had a lot to do with it. Excellent morning coffee became a ritual and a great start to the day. Ron was very hospitable and very happy to share his knowledge of the city while at the same time being very aware of our privacy. Although the kitchen area and bathroom are shared there was never any difficulty and at times we were not aware Ron was even there. Ron keeps his loft beautifully clean and tidy. The only thing I might mention though, is that there is no air conditioning, although there are ceiling fans (quite high though) and a fan in the sleeping area, but this can only be directed onto one bed at a time. We were in NYC at a time of very high humidity and on returning home after a hard days sightseeing, there was no respite from the heat. There looks to be very adequate heating though and I would not hesitate to stay with (or recommend) Rons loft again. In fact, I have already been spreading the word back in Oz.. Thanks Ron for a memorable NYC experience.

A fantastic place to stay in a great location!! Rons hospitality was great, so many tips and ideas and knowledge about checking out this cool city, it made it really easy to plan my days there. Highly recommended!

Ron's place was amazing! One of the best views in NYC, and a lovely host to boot. At the end of the day, it was so relaxing and chill for my business partner and I to be able look upon the cityscape, and plot our next moves. I definitely want to stay here again. Lots of fans and air so the humidity wasn't quite so bad.

This space was perfect for my stay in NYC. It was very conveniently located to all of my New York needs. My room was everything I needed and could want. The space was clean, well lit and private. The views were Great! This was my first experience with Airbnb and sharing an apartment. I am glad to say that both were Fantastic. I will be referring all of my friends and family to Ron for their next stay in New York and to Airbnb for their next vacation adventures.

Notre séjour chez Ron a été un réel plaisir, tant par la sympathie de notre hôte que par la situation du loft (non loin de Times square), un accueuil chaleureux, des conseils avisés, un logement très agréable nous ont permis d'organiser au mieux notre séjour. Suite aux prévisions météorologiques annonçant un ouragan, Ron a eu l'immense gentillesse de nous accueuillir gracieusement pour 3 jours supplémentaires. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre semaine chez Ron. Harold, Virginie et le petit singe.

I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE WITH HALF A BRAIN TO STAY WITH RON. THEY WOULD HAVE A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE NOT ONLY OF NEW YORK BUT OF THE CREATIVE WORLD WHICH IS RON'S NEW YORK !! C A Wallace Shaw.
