Modern Penthouse Loft Brooklyn

Great apartment, great location. Robert was an excellent host. Would stay again.

Robert is a wonderful host. We had one minor problem with the internet and Robert was right on top of it. The apartment is a wonderful place to stay...very comfortable and well located. Robert left us all kinds of information that came in handy - taxi numbers, coffee spots. He really cared that we were comfortable and had a great holiday. I highly recommend Robert's apartment and would not hesitate to stay there during my next trip to NYC. Thanks again Robert !

Robert is a friendly and accommodating host and I enjoyed staying at his place in Brooklyn. His home is conveniently located to the subway (L-line) and only about 10 minutes from Manhattan. Thanks for your hospitality, Robert!

Robert was a good host and I felt right at home. He was always very friendly and willing to help me with directions and locations of places I was looking for. Being situated next to the L train is a great bonus if you're looking to get into Manhattan quickly. It was a pleasure getting to know Robert and I'd gladly recommend him.

Robert was a wonderful host, considerate and extremely knowledgeable about Brooklyn and Manhattan. The apartment was lovely(and soon it will be even better), it had everything I needed and the location was great; lots of really cool things to do nearby if you get the chance.

Robert was a great host; he was very welcoming and extremely helpful in giving us tips on what to see & do while in Brooklyn. And since I had been traveling for quite some time before this trip, he even helped me with my massive suitcase up the stairs. Chivalry is not dead! My friend and I stayed at Robert's loft, using airbnb for the very 1st time. What drew us to this loft at first was the location. Then when we saw the pictures, we were in awe of the artistic personality of the loft's interior. Upon communicating with Robert, he was prompt, accommodating, and clear in explaining things. This has really made a difference for us in terms of proceeding with the reservations. This form of excellent communication remained consistent throughout our stay at the loft. The place looks even more striking in reality. Very simplistic, with lots of space, light, and wonderful air breeze. There's a GORGEOUS balcony towards the back. At mornings, distinct bird chirping comes through the windows--so beautiful that it seems like a meditation sound track. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and we felt safe coming in and out of the building. Robert is an ideal host. He knows how to be friendly and helpful, yet at the same time maintain a distance that gives his guests a sense of privacy and homeliness. Without a second thought, we will book with Robert the next time we visit Brooklyn.

I spend 10 nights there and I have nothing to complain. Nice neighberhood, close to everything and very private. The appartement is very clean and the matraze has an encasing ( for me very good - because I have dust mites allergie) The view and huge glasswindows makes it luxury. Robert is very open minded so we got a lot of fun. I would stay their defenitely again

Very belated review. Sorry Robert! We really loved our stay in Robert's flat in Brooklyn. He is a very good host and lovely. The location was perfect for us as we were keen on staying in Brooklyn. Would definitely come back.

Robert was the perfect host and made us feel totally at home. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay- beautiful apartment, great location and incredible views. Robert was very welcoming and always happy to offer advice on where to eat/ drink in the area. We are happy to have been his first guests and are certain he will conitnue to be a great host in the future.
