Stay in our great apartment in the Lower East Side, the coolest neighborhood in NYC!
***Please note, we only rent our apartment for short term rentals. Dates are open and negotiable, year round.***
Our place is located in an elevator building, surrounded by cute cafes, restaurants, businesses, a park, very close to several subway lines and with 24 hour grocery stores and pharmacies in either direction.
The apartment features a comfortable living room, a bright, sunshine-y bedroom (with curtains to keep it as bright as you like it), a well-eqipped kitchen, a pleasant bathroom and a private balcony with entrances from the kitchen AND the bedroom. The bed in the bedroom is a queen sized bed, and the bedroom has a large sliding glass door that opens out to a private patio with plants, a zen rock garden and downtown views.
There is an "F" train on our block, and you're a short walk to the B, D and J, M, Z trains, as well as a bus that takes you uptown.
We can provide towels and linens.
We also have a small air mattress if there is a third person staying.
There is free WIFI in the apartment.
We don't allow smoking in the apartment but you can smoke on the patio.
Laundry is less than one block away.
