Four bedrooms are available in a beautiful, very clean, 5BR townhouse on Capitol Hill.
This means: NO NEED FOR METRO OR DRIVING to see many of the tourist attractions of the city such as Eastern Market, the Capitol, the National Mall, the Navy Yard, the National Botanic Gardens.
Stay in a safe neighborhood, right next to the Supreme Court, Library of Congress, Folger Shakespeare Library, Capitol Building, Senate and House office buildings.
Close to: Union Station, Eastern Market, Capitol South metro stations--three out of the five lines (blue, orange, red), just two stops to transfer to the other (green and yellow) lines.
There are two available parking spots behind the house.. this means no parking tickets!
Description of accommodations:
Bedroom A: Full size, extremely comfortable mattress* with balcony in a room that's sunny in the morning
Bedroom B: Twin size bed in a smaller room, also sunny :)
Bedroom C: Two twin size beds on basement level, two windows in room
Bedroom D: Queen size with attached bathroom (limited availability)
*ALL of our mattresses are often described as "the most comfortable I've ever slept in."
The rate is $100 per person per night.

I can pick you up from the airport (BWI Baltimore, IAD Dulles, DCA Reagan National) for just the cost of gas.. I have access to an SUV, a sedan, and a MINI Cooper, depending on the size of your party and how much stuff you're bringing. BWI and IAD are 40 minutes from my house, and DCA is ten minutes away. If you fly into DCA, don't worry about gas.
Also: IF I AM AROUND, I can cook breakfast for you. Crepes, bacon, eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, any special wishes you may have. My parents typically have a big late breakfast on weekends. We can't guarantee a cooked breakfast every morning or at a particular time unless we agree on it in advance. You're always welcome to have anything in the kitchen for breakfast and cook yourself something.
We usually have a family dinner on Sunday evenings, and while you're staying with us, you're family :)

Please be an interesting person/group of people. We're not just renting out the space for the money (although we don't mind cashing in just this once..).
