Your Tour Eiffel View in Oberkampf!

I recommend this place if you are staying in Paris. I love the apt! It is exactly as described. It is very clean and cozy. Clement is an excellent host. He was there to greet me, and he left me some waters, juices, wine, and great advice and recommendations. It was perfect. He offered his assistance and time at any moment. All you had to do was call him. It was all very easy, and a memorable experience! I will stay with Clement again, when I come back!

The apartment 'Your Tour Eiffel View in Oberkampf!' is very cute and lovely. It is up 6 flights of stairs, but the stairs are a lovely winding wood with a tree in the middle. I didn't mind because I came home more fit then when I left for vacation! Clement was okay. He helped get our bags up the stairs and the place was very clear and well decorated. The neighborhood is very urban and close to transportation and plenty of food & shopping near by. It is extremely loud down below until about 4am everything night of the week though. Stay here only if you want an urban location with lots of night life only and getting a good nights sleep isn't high on your list.

Thank God for Clement. I got off the plane sick and I also lost my cell phone on the train in to Paris. Clement was right at the top of the Metro waiting for us to help with the luggage and guide us to the apartment. And about the apartment - it looks exactly as it does in the pictures, clean, neat, and fun. I brought my nine year old godson with me for his first taste of Paris and for him to open the window by the bed and see the Eiffel Tower was the icing on the cake. We had a bit of problem where it turned out, beyond anyone realizing it, the apartment below the one we rented was under construction for the week we were going to be there. It took a phone call and they moved us to another unit that day - easy peasy. When my godson realized he'd left my birthday present in the other apartment, Clement not only went and found it, but he hid it in the new apartment so that Lukas could surprise me. Clement went above and beyond to make sure Lukas had a memorable, happy, fun first stay in Paris.

Really enjoyed our stay in Paris. This was a really nice way to be in the city providing us with the flexibility to have leisurely bmeals when we wanted them or go our and enjoy the local environment. It is our first time using airBnB. And definitely will do again. Clement was very responsive- meeting us about 5 min after we arrived in Paris. He explained everything and provided us with some places he recommended for meals and bars. We did try them out and all was good. Thanks Clemenr and looking forward to using airBnB again. Next time will stop in at the office!

"Piece of Heaven" is a great place to stay in paris. We spent four nights at the place and got to know the advantage of living very close to the subway station. This made getting around in Paris very convienient. Furthmore some attraction are even in walking distance (Opera: 15 min, Sacre Coeur: 15 min). The appartment is on the fifth floor - unfortunately withoud an elevantor -, has a very nice balcony and the windows are very good noise resistent. We slept very deep and gently ... Although we unfortunately could not meet Clement the contact via mail/mobil and information in advance concerning our stay were great. Tx to Clement for a great stay in Paris! M&M

Awesome host - great location - memorable stay.

Clement is a landmark host. I trust him with designing the most perfect experience for any traveller in Paris.

Clement was an excellent host! He greeted us cheerfully very early in the morning (our flight landed at 5:30AM) with a croissant and led us up to the wonderfully appointed apartment. Clement laid out for us where we were in relation to local landmarks and even sent us a (website hidden) map of restaurants and bars that we might like. The apartment itself was wonderfully clean and very tastefully decorated. I can't say enough good things about the coffee maker and the shower in particular. The double bed was comfortable and situated under a beautiful skylight (which had a shade you could open or close). We came at the tail end of a cold spell and the two apartment heaters did a fantastic job of keeping us warm. There was ample space in the armoire and shelving for our clothes and personal effects. The building itself is charming and the apartment is at the top of 4 floors (no elevator), but was easy to climb, because the stairs were not steep. The view over the rooftops is lovely. The apartment is wonderfully located about a 2 minute walk from the Saint-Germain-des-Pres Metro stop (and church), about a 7 or 8 minute walk from the Louvre and the Seine and about 30-seconds from both a lovely cafe where we enjoyed a couple of wonderful meals and the Laduree store and cafe. The central location was perfect and the apartment was a great base from which to explore Paris. We had a very hard time leaving!

Only there a couple nights on business, but place was great and had all I needed including laundry!

We had a very warm welcome from our host Clement when we met in front of the building so he could walk us in and show us around. Clement brought clean towels and bed-sheets and even a good bottle of french red wine which we enjoyed a lot! The place is quite central and within walking distance to metro line 7 stop Poissonnière‎. Grand Boulevards is close as well serving line 8 and 9. We´ve been staying for a total of nine nights on a business trip and really liked small supermarkets and a good restaurants being close by. The place is very safe it requires a transponder chip and pin-code to enter the building. Worth mentioning is also this apartment is within walking distance (5-10 min) of Gare du Nord. I decided to take a Thalys train for my journey back to Germany which saved my hours in getting to an airport and back. For anyone staying in this place I recommend Le Bistrot de Theo, 113, rue du Faubourg Poissonnière for your dinner. Theo seems to speak a lot of languages, english, german, netherlands and french of course and served us a great original french dinner - although we didn´t understand a word of the french menu. We had him choose the main courses and desert as well as the wine and were really impressed of the cooking. Great stay - will consider going again and can´t recommend enough. Thanks Clément!

This is one of my favorite listings - I felt like it was my home away from home! Everything was so cozy and comfortable. There are 4 things I look for in my listings 1) Internet reliability 2) comfortable bed 3) clean bathroom 4) great kitchen. This listing was amazing in all four criteria. I will definitely want to come back and stay next time I'm back visiting.

What a fantastic flat! I had a great stay. Clément is a great host offering helpful advice on the neighbourhood, Paris on a whole, including maps and other info. The location is really perfect, right in the 6th. There are cafes and shops everywhere you turn. You are also just a short walk from Musée du Louvre and the Metro. The flat is clean and modern yet within a very cool, old Parisian complex. Highly recommended!

The appartment was clean, cheerful and well furnished. It is ideal for a couple as there is one very comfy double bed in a large bedroom area with a bookshelf partition. The bathroom and toilet are modern and super clean too. Clement was a helpful and charming host who met with us agin on the evening of the second day to go through all of those little things we didn't get on the first day.
