Nice apartment quite close to Times Square (10 mins walk) - have recommended to friends of ours coming out in Feb 2011. The lobby staff were lovely, good view of empire state and Hudson (?) river. Close to pier (1 minute walk) for boat trips to statue of liberty or elsewhere.

Appartement fonctionnel, sécurisé, tout y est (draps et serviettes), appartement propre. Un peu à l'écart, mais pas trop juste ce qu'il faut (15 minutes a pied du métro), du coup pas trop de bruits (appréciable à NYC !). Vue superbe sur l'empire stade Building. L'avantage aussi d'avoir un petit commerce en bas de l'immeuble pour se dépanner (y compris pour le café du matin). Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Don's place was great. It was in a perfect location and had an amazing view of the empire state building and downtown NYC. The place was comfortable and clean ( the bathroom could be a touch cleaner). The building is very modern and looks great. I would love to stay there again. Thanks Don!

My family and I stayed for two nights in the apartment. It was just as promised. We had a wonderful view on the Empire State Building (email hidden) apartment was clean and very comfortable. We got the key at the concierge. Although the airmattress was missing first, the house manager came over quickly and brought it along.I can only recommend it.

Sang and "John"(he doesn't looks like John at all ^_^) are very friendly and helpful! I had a very pleasant stay at their place, wish I had stay there longer. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was just perfect! Great great great location, really quiet, very safe and we had everything we needed, from shampoo to a comfortable bed. We will definitly come back and stay here again! It made our stay that much better!

We had the exact appartment on the pictures. Sang and John were perfect hosts. Friendly and flexible. When our luggage got lost, they called everyday and even offered to pick it up themselves from the airport. The building is very safe and the doormen very friendly. Times Square, the subway and bus stations just around the corner. Breathtaking view from the balcony. We would definately sty again anytime and recommend this place to anybody. I cannot rate this host highly enough. The natural feeling of stress before the arrival date was soon dissipated with a friendly call from Sang. Actually, my staying at his apartment with my 13-year-old son was delayed for 3 days due to an unexpected change on his side. Sang arranged for a stay at the Paramount Hotel in NYC and his manager John was awaiting us when we left the hotel and arrived at his apartment on West 42nd Street in New York. The location is nice because it is not that far from the hustle bustle of Times Sq. but far enough to enjoy some peace of mind. The apartment is very clean and nice. All in all, I was very pleased with a host that went out of his way to make sure that I had good time as a guest. His manager, John, was super nice, helping us to carry the suitcases to in and out of the apartment.

Great apartment! We arrived very late (4 AM) and the host was waiting to give us the key. The apartment was big (for a studio), very clean, everything worked, and with an excellent view. Location is also very good, it is 3 blocks from Time Sq, one of the biggest metro station, you can get everywhere from there. I would definitely rent it again in my visits to Manhattan.

We stayed at this apartment the first week of June 2011. Having initially had problems with our first booking and room preference due to problems with the original apartments management, Sang totally made up for it with his professional manner and prompt responses and looked for a suitable room for us. When we first arrived we were met at the apartment and taken up to the room. The apartment was very clean, a short walk to Time Square and the subway. The doorman of the building were very friendly. Sang always answered our queries. The apartment was well located, had laundry facilities and were glad to have stayed there during our time in NYC. Thank you Sang.
