This sublet is ideal for an individual or couple/family looking for a clean, safe place to call home while visiting the big apple. There is room enough for one or two more guests, brand new sleeper couch in the living room!
The apartment is on the second floor of a six unit building comprised mostly of families and a few hipsters. Courteous, semi-quiet applicants only, please. Well-behaved dogs are ok! No cigarette smoking indoors, but there is a larger than average fire escape overlooking the garden in the back.
