This is my first Airbnb experience and it's very very good!! You can get almost everything in and out of house (market, pharmacy, wine store...etc.) Bus station is one block away and No.85 bring us to main historical sites. Apartment is clean, large and quiet...can't ask more! Lorenzo and his family are super nice, we had a fabulous holiday in Rome!

We, mother and daughter, stayed a week in Lorenzo's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Lorenzo was there to receive us, together with his little daughter and mother, so we felt really welcome. The apartment was very clean and well taken care of. Lots of kitchen utensils and a good bathroom. We could take as many towels as we liked. It was nice that each of us had her own bedroom with lots of empty cupboards for our clothes. And also very important: the wifi always worked without any problem. Lorenzo had left good tips on restaurants in the neighbourhood, which we used a few times. Especially the restaurant Osteria nearby proved to serve delicious fish. We had brought our own maps and touristic guides, but Lorenze had provided for those also. We had bought a week card for public transport and that worked perfectly. The nearest metro stop is only a few minutes walking away, so we always were at our destination really fast. And the fact that we lived outside the touristic crowds proved to be an advantage also: the restaurants nearby were really only Italian and didn't have anything touristic. All in all, we can absolutely recommend this apartment to everybody visiting Rome!

We felt very welome by Lorenzo (to be precise, by his mom and dad) and the apartment exeeded our expectations. Everything was clean, comfortable and at place. The apartment is close to the Metro station and with a 7 days metro ticket it was very convenient to go back and forth to the city center and tourist attractions (also, by buses). Another important thing was a supermarket right downstairs. Stay at Lorenzo's place defenitelly contributed to our great experience of Rome. Recommended!

The description of the appartment was correct and just like the photos on the profile. Lorenzo had left a nice welcoming package and his father Franco also gave us a nice welcome. The area is only 10 mins by train to Roma. The area it self was nice and it is very quite so there was no problem with sleeping. Also we discovered a nice little wine bar just around the corner. There are also some nice little restaurants close by as well. All in all our stay was very satisfactory and we enjoyed living out of the city.

Lorenzo's father Franco kindly met us on the street outside the apartment to ensure we made it there safely, which got us off to the perfect start. The apartment is well situated with San Giovanni close by and the Vatican, Coliseum and Trastevere nearby via metro or the the bus. The apartment is clean, well lit and spacious and has all the basic amenities you would need and some extras like air conditioning and wifi. The brochures and guides left behind by past guests are helpful and we left some behind to keep the tradition going. The supermarket and shops nearby are excellent for cooking at home or taking picnics to the Piazzas. Lorenzo was always quick to reply to every message and eager to help through our entire trip. He was even understanding and forgiving when I accidentally broke a bucket of his.
