Feel right at home in our bright and cozy one bedroom apartment with hardwood floors. Fits 2-4 and conveniently located close to the essentials (groceries, public transport, restaurants, shopping). Just 15-mns by metro from the Eiffel Tower!
Fully-furnished and equipped apartment on 7th and top floor of building with elevator at Porte de Versailles metro stop in 15th district of Paris. Gets plenty of sunlight. One bedroom (sleeps 2), living/dining room with large pull-out couch (sleeps 2), kitchen, small bathroom with toilet and shower, and hardwood floors. French doors in living room open onto a small but charming balcony that fits 2 for drinks or a meal, with view of the surrounding rooftops (we even have mini lawn chairs for lounging or tanning in the summer!). Living/dining room equipped with large flat-screen tv and table that fits 4 or extends to fit 6. Modest kitchen has 2 burners, small oven, microwave, fridge and mini-fridge for beverages.
Bathroom accessible through the bedroom.
Shutters in bedroom and living room can be closed for late risers who like to sleep in the dark.
Traffic noise reaches our double glazing windows in the morning, so if you're sensitive to noise or plan to wake up late, it might help to bring earplugs.
We have a few plants and hope that you water and care for them during your stay!
Calm building bordered by a small grocery store open until 11pm and a bank, 2-minute-walk from Porte de Versailles metro stop, bigger grocery stores in both directions, bakeries and a myriad of restaurants, 5-min walk from plenty of shops and boutiques, 10-min walk from parks. Ideal location for events/conferences at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. 5-min metro ride from Montparnasse, 15-min tram ride (line 3) from Montsouris Park and Cité Universitaire, 20-min metro ride from St Germain and Eiffel Tower, 30-min metro ride from Chatelet/Centre Pompidou.
We are French-American and French-Brazilian and both travel frequently for work and pleasure, which is when our apartment is available to you! Our apartment is filled with an eclectic mix of books, music, decor and more from around the world. We hope it will feel like a home away from home for you!
We do ask that you remember that it is our home *at home*, so please treat it with more care than you might a hotel room and remember we will be coming back home after you leave :)
-We will provide you with sheets and towels, which we clean regularly for our guests.
-You are welcome to help yourself to the basics in our kitchen in order to cook (we've always got olive oil, spices, condiments, etc).
-We'll leave a book of cards from our favorite restaurants in the city so that you have a selection of recommendations and their contact info (never a bad idea to reserve in Paris!).
-We will leave soap for you in the shower. We also have a hair dryer and iron with ironing board for you to use, if needed.
-We have both 220 (France) and 110 (US/Brazil) voltage sockets available (the 110 is in our living room only).
Any questions, just ask!
You have access to a fully-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower, small balcony, tv and wifi (in addition to the bed and pull-out couch, of course!). There is an elevator in the building, as well as disposal for trash and recycling.

Other things to note
You will have shower gel and 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner at your disposal, in addition to the other essential amenities listed.

We're French-American and French-Brazilian and met in the wonderful city of Paris.
We both love traveling, enjoying a good "apéritif", and bike riding through the city.
This past year's new travel destinations for us were: Campinas-BR, Provincetown-US, and Prague-CZ.
Our upcoming travel plans include Recife-BR, Tel-Aviv (IS), and skiing in the French Alps!
