Explore the museums like LACMA, Paul Getty and drive down famous Pacific Coast Highway and the beaches of Venice and Malibu.

This apartment is available periods 30 days or longer and it is not a vacation rental. The apartment is available monthly, and long term for those who are relocating, remodeling or repairing their residence, need long term housing near Santa Monica Hospital, UCLA, or need long term housing for any purpose other than vacation purposes.

Southern California is currently experiencing a historic drought, so please be mindful about keeping shower use to reasonable levels.
You are welcome to have a few friends over, but please clean up after them.
No loud partying after midnight. Any noise complaint will be grounds for IMMEDIATE cancellation and no refund. Please treat our home as if it were your own. We prefer no shoes in the house if you remember. Absolutely no smoking inside.
DAMAGES – If any of the following conditions are not met, renter will pay reasonable fees to account for the damages and/or loss of time to the owner and property manager:
•No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
•No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
•All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
•At the time of check-out, all property of the homeowner (including but not limited to furniture, appliances, dishes, games, linens, towels, electronics) all remain in the unit and in the same condition as prior to check-in.
PARKING – There is street parking around the building. Parking on the road may or may not be permitted depending on day and time of day. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
The condo is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
