Classic Home with Modern Comforts

Khanh is a super responsive and accommodating host. He let us check in early and check out late. He was always fast to communicate with us. The home was clean and as depicted in the pictures. The neighborhood isn't too much of a looker but it's close to the freeway and suited our stay perfectly. Close to the San Jose Airport. Rooms are spacious....Just perfect!!!

Great communication, great accomodation. Khanh has been so kind to us from day one. He waited for long hours at night to welcome us in the house after our flight was delayed. The place is really nice and conveniently located.

This was a lovely home and Khanh was a great host. I was working for a week and a half and was so relaxed coming back to the Chi home. Everything I needed was there. I stayed in the master bedroom and used the amazing hot tub in the attached bathroom. It felt luxurious! When I arrived he showed me around and told me if I needed anything else, I should get in touch (I don't think I did!). He was also really keen to help me discover San José and what it has to offer - I only wish I could have stayed longer to find the time to fit it all in! As the Chi home is on the ground level, there's a large patio area out the back with comfy sofa chairs, a swinging chair, BBQ, table and gazebo. A great space to entertain. That doesn't include the shared patio area out of the front door. There is a 7 Eleven near enough to walk to - probably just under a mile - but I think I'm correct in saying everything else felt like it was driving distance away, so best for people with transport. The bart is nearby too and although I didn't take it, I believe the station is less than half a mile away, but don't quote me on that! And although it's near the freeway, I really didn't feel affected by any extra noise levels and in fact fully appreciated the location of this place all around. So a very good place to stay!

I must say, this house and this host exceeded all expectations. The house itself was great. We were there for nearly 2 weeks on business in Silicon Valley, and the house felt more like a home. Great facilities, very clean, and well kept. The beds were extremely comfortable and amazing to fall into after a day of long meetings and negotiations. About Khahn, THANK YOU! I can't stress enough how generous, open and kind this host is. I have never been made feel as welcome in a place as Khahn made me feel. He treated us like a dear friend and this made our trip a lot better. I'm not usually one to leave fawning reviews like this one, but really, the man went above and beyond the call of duty for us, and I'd give him 6 stars if I could. Thanks again Khahn, I hope we meet again soon!

The house was very clean and easy to find. It worked great as a home base for meeting other colleagues.

AirBNB rocks it for me again. I am 2 for 2 in finding amazing places last minute. Khanh's Chi home is a fabulous place and well worth the price. Brought about 10 friends over for a Super Bowl party and they raved about the place. Full stocked kitchen? 3 Bedrooms with a jacuzzi? When one of my friends accidentally cut herself, there was a first-aid kit waiting in the bathroom as well. Absolutely loved the place. Also, the host is super friendly. I haven't met him personally, but the communication has been great and the people representing him were friendly. Would definitely book again.

I stayed the first time for a month. The space is clean and nice. Khanh is very respectful and completely committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible.

Place is amazing, comfortable, great for 3 people, can accommodate more guests if you decide to share your room/bed has complete kitchen, complete living room (even has table games waiting for you). Internet works perfect if you are into business, big table in living room helps you work and collaborate! Also it is next to Santana Row, the place to be in San Jose. But most important: Khanh is amazing. He will find everything u need, provide solutions from car mechanics to club fun, from barbecue food to insurances. The man is YELP + AIRBNB. He will be there for you supporting but most of all having fun! Plus he has more properties around so just in case you bring extra people he can back you up!! The guy is just great! Property is great! Place is great. Best value for money.

Khanh's house was clean and nice, and worked great as our base when we attended a conference in San Jose.

Khanh went above and beyond to accommodate the entire Airbnb team for our company offsite. He was 100% professional from communication, to assisting the day of the event. The property was spotless, with a full kitchen, movie theater, and plenty of space for people to sleep. Khanh helped us arrange dining tables to seat 24 on an outdoor balcony, which totally made the experience. Unbelievable views both from the terrace in the backyard, and the front of the house. Beautifully manicured lawn, comfortable bedding, and overall great ambiance. Thank you for an incredible experience. I look forward to working with you more in the future.

Best host in the world. I stayed at Khanh's a number of times. The house is always clean with everything you need inside. The hosts are always available to help you, lend you items and support you in any possible way. Khan is simply one of those people who will do anything to make you feel right at home. Dear Khanh N, I am sorry that I should write so late to thank you for rented the house for us. I hope it is not too late to express our sincere gratitude. Now, we have finished our trip and all of us are now safely back in Taiwan. Due to your house we were able to special experience and funny anecdotes. After coming back to Taiwan, we recollected this activity and all felt grateful for your sharing. This place is perfect for getting out into nature and relaxing. Comfortable beds, lots of space and killer views - it comes highly recommended.

I stayed at the Luxury Estate in San Jose with the rest of the Airbnb team for a company event. The villa was absolutely beautiful and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. I especially loved the back porch and yard area — lots of fun and great views of the surrounding area.
