Cozy Cute 1 bedroom in LITTLE ITALY

This apartment is the perfect cozy get away in the city. It has a lovely street view and you can even see the empire state building from the window. It was great to have a quite place to come back to and yet still be in a lively and fun neighborhood. Joe was friendly, laid back and incredibly accommodating. Overall, I had a great stay and couldn't be more pleased.

Joe is just Great!!! He is friendly, cool and helpful! He also recommended some very good restaurants!!! We felt comfortable and very welcomed in his apartment! The apartment is nice, it is just like on the pics and has everything you need - especially a great location! Highly recommended for a short fun stay in NYC ;)

Overall a positive experience!!! Great host and clean apartment! Joe is a laid back, chilled out kind of guy! He was very responsive to my messages/texts/emails while we were coordinating, and he arranged for the key to be left in a convenient location. I felt like he was very receptive to receiving calls from my at anytime, even if just to ask a quick question. The location of the apartment could not have been better, as I wanted to be near Chinatown food but mostly in SoHo. His apartment is also very close to the subway for easy access anywhere in the city! Great value for the price. When we arrived the cleaning lady was in the process of finishing up her cleaning of the apartment, so the apartment unit was pretty clean. This is a good place for the value, however, if you're looking for luxury this is probably not the place for you. The weekend we stayed, it was 30 degrees outside, but Joe's apartment was always nice and cozy!

Great communication before and throughout our stay. Apartment was cleaned before arrival and in a fantastic location. Joe had arranged for his friend Ryan to pass the keys on. Ryan was on time meeting us when we arrived and when we had to leave and was friendly/helpful. This is a great area of the city to be in with lots of bars, cafes, restaurants nearby as well as great shopping. Joe left a list of recommended restaurants and places to see. We went to a great little place called Rubirosa a few minutes walk away. Excellent food, atmosphere and value. Would highly recommend the apartment and host. Thanks Joe!! (and Ryan too!!)

Joe was wonderful, very available when we had questions, helpful with recommendations for restaurants, etc. The place is clean, funky, well located, a very good deal. We explored the neighborhood, felt like a part of it by the time we left.

If you are only concerned about location, then this would be ideal for you since it is situated in Little Italy between Nolita and Soho. If you prefer a place that is clean, look elsewhere. Every surface was sticky or dusty. We would have been happy to sweep but there was no broom or vacuum. No drawers were emptied for our clothes so we had to do that. The double bed had a divot in the centre so it is really only suitable for 1 person. And the couch had a strange smell. We toughed it out because it really was just a place to sleep. We spent as little time there as possible. But Joe is a friendly guy. He just needs to take the cleanliness to the next level.

We enjoyed staying at Joe's he was so kind and picked us up at the airport... The place is really well located. His apartment has everything you need to have a nice time in such a wonderful city.

We enjoyed staying at Joe's, his one bedroom apt is at a great location in San Francisco, centralized in downtown. Joe was easy to work with, all was straight forward.

Joe was a wonderful host and went out of his way to be a accommodating. The apartment was comfortable and in a perfect location with regard to our SF visit. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the tips on things to see, and the conversation. Would definitely stay again.

Way better than staying at a hotel. I went to SF on a business trip and ended up going skydiving and wine tasting on my day off because of the great host that Joe is. Probably the best trip to a city where I didn't know anyone. Joe was an excellent host and super accommodating. Was always ready to help and willing to show me around when he could. Gave me advice on where to go and the best places to eat, check out the city, etc. His spot is in the best location possible, middle of everything, two blocks away from Union Square, walking distance to the BART station that brought me over from the airport. Can't recommend Joe's place enough.

Joe is a really cool man, very gently and nice. He´ll help you clarifing any doubt about SF ot sharing food if you need. The location is the best in this page, you can walk to Union Square in 10 minutes and 2 cable lines crosses near his house. Anything bad? Only the futon, it´s a bit strong to sleep, but I think you´ll not appreciate it when you´re tired of been walking SF all the day! I really recommend you Joe, he´s the best!

Maybe THE best location in the city, right on top of Nob Hill in the center of everything. Plus, Joe is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Super funny, creative, and just a good guy.
