Benvenuti nel mio appartamento italiano!
Your window looks out to Mulberry Street. The street sees people coming all around the world for pasta and pastries in this historic part of New York City. You'll hear the faint sound of an accordion, everyday around dinnertime, as an Italian man belts out Sinatra.
This is a very quiet one bedroom with everything you need at your fingertips. Just to the north is NoLita - Famous for its cute shopping boutiques and great cuisine - Creperias, taco stands, Rice pudding, and cupcake shops.
And if you come by while I'm here, you might be so lucky to have the front door key lowered from my fishing pole. :-)
Geography: Heart of romantic and historic Little Italy, nested between Soho Shops, bustling Chinatown, Lower East Side bars, and Nolita trendiness.
Transportation: This apartment is a 4 minute walk south of the 6 train, 4 minute walk west of the JZ trains, 5 minute walk north of the NQR trains, 4 minute walk north west of the BD trains. The apartment is one hour away from JFK airport.
You and Joe
