Private One Bedroom Close to NYU

She was a great host. The apartment is nice and tidy, and is in a great location. It's close to a ton of restaurants and bars. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a true NYC experience.

shavaun was a lovely host , the room is very cozy and clean . it's a great apartment with new york kind of chic . the location is great 2 minutes from the l train subway and mo and louis the dogs are the cutest . i will definitely recommend shavaun as a host for nyc .

Shavaun was a helpful and friendly host. She even found colored Easter eggs for us. The location was great for Manhattan sightseeing . We recommed it to anyone.

Thanks again to Shavaun - she is a great host and because of her own experience as a traveller she offers much more couple of days. The appartment is in a good location, near to the subway and for those who like to walk it's a nice start in New York to walk down to Battery Park. Shavaun managed another AirBnN Reservation for me on Long Island - that was extremly helpful and that is only one example for what I mean when talking about her as a great host. I - as European - enjoyed talking and discussion with her. Since there are already a couple of comments on Shavaun and of the dogs I leave it with that: great place, great host. I would call again definately.

Very nice& helpful host. The room is neat and the bed very comfortable. East Village is perfect for younger people to stay, very nice environs. I can recommend staying with her.

Shauvan was a great host; she generously offered us breakfast (bagels!) and fresh towels. She was also helpful with general questions we had for getting around New York. Her dogs, Louie (who loves cream cheese) and Mo were very well behaved and friendly to have around. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to the subway and local shops.
