  This apartment is in a lovely area of Paris, with everything available nearby. The hosts are terrific; one of the Pascals met us at the apartment, they checked in with us regularly to see if we had any needs. The apartment is located in a lovely gated-off small complex right in the heart of the 11th. It is quiet and interesting, and the neighbords, when you see them, are lovely. The apartment itself is nicely put together, a clever use of limited space. It shouldn't really be described as a two bedroom though. It is a two-room, one bedroom apartment, with the living room, small as it is, having a sleep-sofa that can fold out. The Pascals have home-made jam in the fridge; a lovely and delicious touch.

  Pascal & Pascal's apartment is beautiful - perfect Paris! They were open and helpful whenever we needed it and generous with their time. Everything was as described - we had a fantastic two weeks living like a Parisian! The bakery at the bottom of the building, the supermarket and the bar along the street and the very close Metro station(s) made everything easier. We loved it! Thanks again Pascal (and sorry for the late review!!)

  My wife and I were very happy with the apartment; cute, nice view, great location in terms of getting around (and lots of great little restaurants in the area; we especially liked Les p'tites indecises at #2, Rue des 3 Bornes), and Pascal furnished it with lots of little extras (basic food items, plug adapter, laundry, stuff like that). Pascal was a very gracious host, and we thank him for helping make our trip such a success! The stairs are steep, though, and like the other reviewers have mentioned that might be difficult for some people. The only reason I'm not giving the apartment five stars is the street noise; with the window open the traffic is fairly loud. We wore earplugs and didn't have any trouble sleeping, but if you're a light sleeper it might be a bit of a problem.

  we really enjoyed the flat! Pascal leaves a great breakfast spread and the apartment is very centrally located. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend and would seriously consider staying there again on a return visit. Like the previous guest(s) have noted, its not the place for you if you can't do a lot of stairs - its at the top of 4 steep spiraled levels! We were 3 people and were very comfortable in terms of space as well. THANK YOU Pascal!

  Our stay at Pascal's couldn't have been better. The apartment is charming and spacious, filled with amenities and conveniently located. There's a wonderful bakery on the ground floor where we got fresh pastries every morning (even though a free breakfast is supplied with the apartment), there's a metro stop right around the corner, literally a 90-second walk from the front door, and I didn't even mind the 4th-floor walk-up because it gave us a chance to say Bonjour to the very friendly neighbours every morning. No detail was overlooked and everything was just as described in the ad, and then some. Pascal himself was very helpful, checking in with us to make sure all was well during our stay. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to live, as the description says, like a true Parisian. Merci Beaucoup, Pascal, et j'espère que nous pouvons vous rencontrez encore.

  My partner and I stayed at Pascal's Rue JP Timbaud apartment and we couldn't be more satisfied with our stay.The neighborhood gave us a feel for the everyday Paris while being close enough to major attractions so as never to be a hassle. Pascal was a gracious host and welcomed us with generosity and all the info we needed. The flat was cozy and had a lovely view. It was perfect for our trip. 4th floor walk up might be a problem for some.
