Our host, Anthony, was really easy to communicate with. The home/apartment was as described. Very quaint and friendly village. Enjoyed our time in Vallabregrues. Very convenient location to use as a base to explore the surrounding region in your car. Parking in the village within walking distance of the home/apartment. Local Marche stocked everything needed for our, along with 2 great pizzas shops and bars. Recommended!

Anthony's village home was the ideal setting for our week in Provence. Vallabregues is something of a picturesque ghost town: charming, colorful and so quiet that it made coming back from a day of exploration inside busy markets and touristy villages a godsend. The supermarket is around the corner and so is the local boulangerie, both which have delicious croissants which we bought every morning for breakfast, but don't expect to find a variety of restaurants, shops or boutiques: it is a rural village, but Avignon is just 15 minutes away. Best of all: the town's location made it easy to visit almost every corner of Provence. In just 5 days we visited of the Luberon district, Camargue, Arles and St Remy. I would advise to visit towns based on their market day: it makes the experience much more lively. The house has everything you need, and its character is defined by typical Proveçal styles mixed with Anthony's personal taste: think mismatched vintage furniture mixed with design accents. It was more rustic than the pictures made it out to be, but that was part of the charm. Anthony and his mom were more than accommodating and were always available if we needed something. If you're looking for a pampering 5 star treatment, go elsewhere. But if you're looking for a authentic and memorable Provençal experience, I highly recommend Anthony's place.

This is a very charming old home full of antique furnishings. The home is very large with lots of windows, comfortable beds, well resourced kitchen with extra condiments to use. The home was a hit with our family of five as it had so much old world character, lots of space and it is extremely peaceful.we were met by Pierre's mum who spoke excellent English and was very charming. Vallabreuges is a very quiet Village with the friendliest locals,we enjoyed getting away from the cafes, shops etc.

Hi Anthony, Sincere thanks for the opportunity to stay in your unique French home in a fascinating wee village. Communication and preparation for us was excellent and the welcome from your Mum really appreciated after a long hot trip. We love how you have created an eccentric rustic feel within the house, yet incorporate all the features that you need to be really comfortable. Bedrooms and living space is ideally suited to private time out and some serious rest and recovery. Ideally located for visits to Arles, Saint-Remy, Nimes and Avignon in the mornings, have a siesta and then venture out again. This place is a must!

Our stay in Provence at the Anthony-Pierre house was great. Anthony's house is beautiful mixing ancient parts with design objects. The description given is accurate. We were welcomed by Agnes who showed us the house's features. Even if not present, Anthony reached us via mail to check if everything was OK. The position of the house is perfect to visit the core of Provence and it is close to Camargue too. The village (very little) is nice and you can find a supermarket with what you may need.
