Absolutely perfect. Perfect base to explore Barcelona (a few minutes from the Magic Fountain and very safe and near to many metro stops), perfect size apartment for two, great amenities (kitchen, cupboards stocked with essentials, huge fridge, dining table), perfectly clean, perfect service from Pablo (he gave great advice on area and how to get from airport to apartment) and a perfectly tailored check in and out time for us which made our trip a breeze. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks so much Pablo!

Appartement propre et bien situé près de la Place d'Espagne; Très compact mais fonctionnel! Finalement pour un court séjour je préfère l'hôtel 4 étoiles du même secteur qui ne m'aurait pas coûté plus cher compte tenu des frais de ménage et les frais chargés par Air BNB (Avec télévision en plus et changement des serviettes à chaque jour)

The appartment is excellent for a city trp to Barcelona. We stayed five nights and really enjoyed our time at Pablos'. The appartment ist very well located, near the centrum of Barcelona. Metro, supermarket, bakery etc are in the neighborhood. The appartment offers a nice sleeproom with a large bed, a small but clean bath and a kitchen with a large freezer. Everything was very clear. Although we didn't meet Pablo personally, it was a very comfortable contact and he was very helpful. We can fully recommend his appartment. Thanks to pablo!

Pablo was a great host. He was really nice and communicative and helped us with everything we needed. He was waiting for us in the appartment. He even made sure our iPad's worked on the internet. His apartment is clean and has what you need. It is on a nice quiet street so street noise doesn't bother. We couldn't hear people in the other apartment. His place was in a great location for subway. There are at most 3 metro station quite near. We have a baby and there are a lot of playground's around. One of them (Park Jardins de Safo) was on the corner of the apartment. We want to thank him once again.

Location: very close to the metro station (5 mins.). There are also plenty of grocery stores in the area. The neighborhood is calm and felt safe, even in the night. The apartment is also very close to the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya. Apartment itself: Very clean although small. Well-equipped, with good wifi connection. We didn't get the chance to meet Pablo in person. However, he had planned her sister to meet us at the apartment upon our arrival. The only problem that we faced was the fact that we couldn't turn on the heaters. As it was a little bit chilly during our stay in Barcelona (beginning of April), the apartment felt cold. To be honest, we didn't try to contact Pablo to report this and ask for a solution. After coming back home, when we informed him about the problem, he kindly called us on the phone to apologize, and also to let us know that it could have been fixed if we had contacted him when we were there. Overall, we had a good experience in Barcelona, and Pablo's apartment would be an accommodation that we will consider to stay at.

Pablo's apartment was bright and comfortable, close to the Sants train station and Plaza Espanya. Pablo's sister showed us the place and was very helpful and nice.

Is very nice place. Really quiet and cosy. Pablo is very nice host. He gave me few trip tips how to get the city center and his place. The check-in procedure was quick and nice.

Logement propre et ensoleillé dans immeuble tranquille et sécuritaire. Quartier périphérique près de tous les services et du métro. Cuisinette sur le balcon toutefois un peu étroite. L'hôte Pablo parle français et est très aimable.

Pablo was an excellent host. He helped us with our bags, explained how to use everything and gave us invaluable tips on how to see what Barcelona had to offer. His creatively-designed space was perfect for us (two people). He has a full-size refrigerator, so there was plenty of room for food that we bought. There are also several groceries nearby, so stocking food and snacks was easy. Another feature, which we found out was often rare ... an elevator, was wonderful, since our bags were a bit heavy. His location is easy to find, very close to local transportation, vibrant and safe, even very late at night. We would definitely stay at Pablo's place again and recommend it highly to anyone wanting a space that is a comfortable base from which to see Barcelona.

Quiet place near the subway, the "plaza espanya" and easy coming from the airport. Pablo is very nice, flexible and speaks very well english and french. The apartment is small but with all you need. We recommend

Pablo is a perfect host, he gave me all important tips to enjoy my stay at Barcelona. The apartment was clean, cosy and very close to several metro stations in the real center of Barcelona. A very recommended apartment and host for an incredible budget price.

Pablo is a very friendly and sociable individual passionate about forging new connections with people from all sort of backgrounds. He knows Barcelona inside out and will give you the inside track on the city. Pablo is an excellent multilingual host that I highly recommend. Enjoy his warm hospitality!
