Honolulu Condo (close to Waikiki)

Well, where do I begin? We had an amazing time at Brian's and Merv's condo! It is beautiful and had everyyything we needed. Our own bathroom was stocked with things from mouth wash and toothpaste to sunscreen and razors. They provided us with beach towels and geez the view is AMAZING! Rusty their cat was adorbs so was their fish Frank and Oneal the Eel :) I felt so at home with them, it was like staying with family..lots of love and great convos. There was times that I didnt even feel like going out cuz I wanted to hang out with the guys :) The breakfast and coffee Brian made for us in the morning was delish! We miss both of them already and cannot wait till we go back! I was soo bummed when we left but so happy that I met two WONDERFUL people!

Brian and Merv (and Rusty and Frank) are wonderful hosts. Gracious, helpful, entertaining (especially Rusty) and friendly. Thanks for the wonderful breakfast and stunning accomodations. We would highly recommend Brian & Merv's to anyone not wanting to stay in the concrete jungle of Waikiki. (Beware of Brian's sense of irony.)

We enjoyed our stay,but should have booked more time is a nice condo, with great views from the 18th floor. it was very clean and our host was very accomodating . The only problem was the hide-a --bed.is not for bigger people, as we trended to roll toward the center, but we somewhat overweight after a 18 day cruise. We would use this condo again. Merv was a very good host and also very nice! He made me breakfast and gave me travel tips. Too bad I missed Brian, as he was out of town. If im back on the island I would go back without any doubt. Thank you

Brain and Merv were fabulous hosts from the beginning to the end. They made a great breakfast with fresh fruits and coffee/ tea every morning. Also they gave us a trip around Honolulu downtown, Waikiki and Diamond Head. The condo is very clean, modern and equipped with everything one can expect. We had our own little bathroom with shower and a little cosy bedroom. The condo is situated in Downtown Honolulu with good bus connections, but due to the traffic we could not sleep with open windows. Beside that, we would fully recomment this place as a great location to start your trips in Honolulu. Thank you for everything. Mahalo, G&L

Brian and Merv, were so great! They were constantly offering us rides and even picked us up and dropped us off from the airport. (complete with complimentary leis!) I highly recommend them to anyone and would gladly stay with them again.

Oh boy, they are so wonderful hosts we cant thank them enough. They provided us fabulous breakfast. (healthy). If we have a few questions they helped us alot and we are very pleased where we stayed. I am glad I made the right decision to stay their place like it is in the "middle" of Honolulu. Short trip to East and West side of Honolulu. (Pearl Harbor is west side of Honolulu and Waikiki is the east side of Honolulu). PERFECT location for my travel need.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Honolulu that is super clean,comfortable, with a gorgeous view and hosts who make you feel right at home, look no further. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Hawaii. Brian and Merve are the best!! They are genuinely warm, friendly, caring and extremely helpful with activities' planning,and directions. Their breakfasts were nutritious and delicious and they went out of their way to cater to my food allergies. The condo is lovely, with all the modern conveniences, in a great location!! We walked or took public transportation to all the sites, and were privileged to be driven to the fishing doc restaurant for a local dinner. Rusty, Frank and Mr. O'Brien add additional fun and adventure to the great experience in beautiful Hawaii, with Brian and Merve. We're grateful that we were able to stay with Brian and Merve! I am Brian's neice and have stayed with him several times! Like Cindy said, he is very laid back and easy going. He has a great personality and will light up any room! He is such a personable man! He can get along with anyone! My Uncle is very neat and organized. He is the BEST tour guide I know! His condo is absolutely beautiful! Who wouldn't want to stay there! It is so comfortable! The outdoor space is very relaxing and inviting. I could go on and on about how great he and the condo is! :) Nicole W.
