Fantastic home with lots of charm in perfect area of San Antonio. Near the Pearl and all that Broadway has to offer. However, the home needs some serious maintenance. The main bedroom bathroom is in bad shape. Faucets are very loose and not secure. The shower floor tile is severely stained with mold and mildew covering the tile and grout lines. It was not clean and in need of urgent repair.
The kitchen faucet is also very loose. In an overall wonderful home the maintenance and repair issues very much detract from the stay.

The house is just like the photographs. It is important to mention that it is behind a university bar area, so at night there will be noise from the cars that park in front of the property. Nice touch to leave you water and cleaning and personal hygiene supplies (soap, shampoo, conditioner). Very close to Pearl and about 10-15 min from downtown by car.

Exceeded our expectations- highly recommend. The backyard and pool area is the perfect little oasis. Ideal for a long deserved getaway for relaxation and close to so many amazing places .
