Excellent place to stay right next to the beach. Walking distance from anything you would want in Santa Teresa!

Villa had some amazing aspects like how close to the beach and having the shared pool to jump into upon returning. However, there was construction everyday from 8-5pm that was dusty, loud and it stunk. It prevented us from using the backyard, which is why we booked the place. I did not read listing close enough to see there was construction and when texting about it they responded by saying prices were reduced by 30%! I feel there should of been a cheaper rate considering we could not sit outside and use the tables or patio set?
