About Vacayr

…Wonderful stay. The house was less than 10 minute drive from PBI airport and conveniently located to all the essentials. The pool and pickleball court were great for the kids. The kitchen was well-equipped and the washer/dryer were very helpful for our family. The home’s layout was great for a large group, and it was VERY toddler and child friendly! The host had high chairs, sleeping arrangements for infants and toddlers alike (pack n plays), and eating utensils for young kids. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area! It’s a wonderful place to stay, regardless of whether you are a group of adults or a family with children!…

…The house was not as advertised
1.The white slipcover couches in the photos are covered w/ cheap gray covers that slide around & bunch up
2.The coffee tables are chipped & breaking
3.The door to the pool/backyard is falling apart
4.The basketball court would be nice if there were balls to use
5.The king bed folds you in when you lay on it-we looked underneath & discovered a broken support leg
6.All bballs had holes I found out after buying a ball pump at target (my boys were very bummed to not get to play bball).

There were two hosts. Vacayr was rude and dismissive (similar to other guests recent experience). Once the other host Alexis started engaging after we had reached out to Airbnb for resolution, she was kind, helpful and responsive, which was greatly appreciated.
Positives - spacious for group, all beds great (except broken king bed), upstairs bathroom had a really nice shower & the AC was very loud but worked well for us, also we didn’t have an ant issue like recent guests.…

…Photos and amenities not in alignment. Fence around perimeter battered and broken and not safe, caving in. Windows old, and are dangerous to open and keep open. Back door falling apart. Ants all over in kitchen. Rebar in the yard. Rental was over priced. Towels are tiny and cheap and terrible, pots, pans, grill, cutlery, plates, cups all cheap and old and tough to cook. Master bed tacos when on it and uncomfortable.…

…We rented this property for two weeks, expecting a clean, safe, and comfortable stay for our family. Sadly, it was a huge disappointment.
The house was dirty upon arrival—hairs in the bed, a broken water filter, filthy grill and patio furniture, and stained sofas. The kitchen had a leak from the upstairs bathroom, which was eventually fixed. Cheapest quality bed linen and pillows. deeply scratched cookware forced us to buy new pots and pans. Worst of all, there was an ant infestation, and despite notifying the host, they ignored our complaints.
The host’s response to our concerns was dismissive, even blaming the initial mess on our kids! later replying with just a “thumbs up” emoji when we had to leave early due to discomfort. We deep cleaned the house ourselves just to make it livable, but the condition and lack of care made our stay unpleasant.

Though we enjoyed our family reunion, the poor state of the property and nonexistent customer service mean we cannot recommend this place.…

…Beautiful home! Plenty of space for all to feel tranquil and enjoy the home both interior and exterior. Great host! Very responsive and professional. Sadly, 100% business trip! :( Next time we home for VACATION as this home is close to all you will ever need!…
