…Our family really enjoyed Dan & Mariana’s place. Great location to explore Playa del Carmen! It’s located in a quieter (gated community) area away from the immediate crowds of main streets, but very walkable to town, shops, restaurants, etc.. Kitchen had everything you needed. Plenty of space for our family and the rooftop pool was great! Dan and Mariana were responsive and provided us with local recommendations. Highly recommend!!!…

…Awesome stay. Felt very safe. We rented a car but barely used it. Walked everywhere from the apartment, takes about 8 min and o get to 5th ave and about the same to reach the beach. Apartment is beautiful, with minimalist decoration and extremely clean. We were a family of 5 adults and 2 young kids and felt very comfortable, not crowded at all. We loved having a porch surrounded by native plants/trees. When we were not by the pool, kids spent most of their time playing there and felt so safe being on the first floor. The pool area is beautiful, well kept with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Communication with Dan and Mariana was excellent. We had an issue with the apartment (beyond their control) on our first day and they were quick to solve it. One of our best Airbnb stays.…
