“…This condo provided our family with a much needed getaway from home - our 4 year old learned how to ski (ish), my husband hit the river to fly fish (albeit a bit frozen) and this overworked mom got to take turns all by herself for a few hours. The condo was located perfectly to Granby Ranch and we walked right up and dropped our kid off for an affordable group lesson. After a day outside we soaked in the hot tub, which was steps from the front door. We made dinner in the kitchen that had EVERYTHING and then relaxed by the fire for a movie. Our busy four year old fell asleep by 7:00. It was the stuff of magic! And let's talk about linens and comfort. The bedding was soft, new, clean and mattresses were perfection. As a business traveler, I've grown more aware of comfort when you're away from home - and these beds passed every test. The host was friendly and quick to respond. We will definitely be returning and this just may be our new Colorado "locals" hill. Condo felt like home.…

“…Our family had a great weekend here. The location is easy to access and is truly steps from the slopes. Fraser tubing hill was also a quick drive. The hot tub is close and was a favorite spot for us. Comfy beds, large fluffy towels, clean, and all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend & we will be coming back!…

“…Sinauf Living's unit was lovely. Easy drive - we skii'd Winter Park both days so a 25 min commute from mountain to this location. The place is very comfortable and cozy. Kids jumped right into monopoly near the electric fireplace. Split bedrooms, each with a huge bathroom, beds were comfortable and warm. Didn't get to partake in the hot tub but drove past it - very quick walk. Trash is also easy to get to around the building. Overall great stay, beautiful surroundings.…
