Do not stay at this AirB&B if you value your health and comfort. You could not pay me to stay here again. The unit is poorly maintained and not well cleaned. There is dust all over the place, including the air vents. The couch reeks of mold and mildew, it will linger linger on your skin. The pots and pans are so old they are rusting. Almost everything in the unit is weathered and aged.

Hiding behind a cancellation policy when the unit is in this state is unwise.

If I could give this experience a 0/5 stars, I would.

Nice little place and very quiet neighborhood and it's walkable to the beach. Jessica is very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was quiet and the beach was right across the street and not very crowded.

Adorable place. The little pop-up tent was missing and Jessica immediately ordered a new one to arrive the next day.
We didn’t cook at all, so I can’t attest to the kitchen, but it was cute.
Only “complaint” was with only two rolls of toilet paper provided we ran out (my kids got one wet)
Would stay again!
