The place was great - has lots of potential to be even better though. The beds were very comfortable but the living/sitting area could use an upgrade, couch and chairs specifically. The place lists to sleep 11, however there are only 3 forks and 3 spoons in the kitchen for eating utensils. Plenty of other items though, well stocked for plates and cooking utensils. The other amenities, ie, towels, hand soap, shampoo, toilet tissue, etc. all are low end. Only had one towel per person for 3 nights. Pillows also need an upgrade - most are very flat, with no additional pillows for the futon upstairs. The location is perfect - easy to find and easy to get to the downtown and campus areas. Very peaceful neighborhood. The screened patio needs repairs to the screens, most were hanging and torn.

While this wasn’t our favorite stay, this bungalow did give us a safe place to sleep while in Savannah.
Positives - it was spacious and the surrounding area was cute. It was within a 10-15 minute drive of everywhere we needed to go, so very convenient location.
Negatives - it was not cleaned thoroughly. There were lots of dust bunnies and the air filter was filthy. It was also pretty noisy at night. We could hear sounds of flushing, showers, doors closing, etc. in the adjoining unit. The linens felt old and scratchy, maybe like too much detergent was used and they were dried to be really stiff - hard to say why. The bed was also quite firm but that’s totally a preference thing. We decided to drive back home rather than spend another night because we just couldn’t get great sleep.
Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again but it was a convenient touch down spot while we accomplished what we needed to in Savannah.

We loved our stay! Joseph was very responsive, friendly, and met all of our needs. We would definitely stay again!

House was just as described and neighborhood was quiet. Joseph was a great host and very responsive.
