Amazing location. Very clean house, nice layout.

It was a great place to stay and very near to the falls. I would say that if you stay downstairs you can hear everything upstairs and maybe some rugs would help with the noise. We had people above us come in around 3am and it was loud.

When we arrived and walk in it was way above our expectations. It worked great for what we needed. The place was flawless and looking forward to booking for next year. The couple times we had to contact Frank he responded within minutes. We had a unfortunate mishap, our grandson looked a bedroom door and there was no key to get it opened, called Frank and he had maintenance gentleman there in 10 min. % min later he had the door open.

This space is incredible! Such a great, large space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. And that's just the space itself. The location is about as good as it gets, and only about a 10-15 minute walk to the falls along with nearby restaurants and shops.

Everything was comfortable, with an extremely nice kitchen, fully updated interior, and comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
