I am a local real estate entrepreneur. I sell, buy, and build cabins here locally. I've had my brokers license since 2016. I live in Knoxville TN which is only 45 minutes away from Sevierville, TN. I love these mountains and couldn't imagine living anywhere else in the world. I have a son, Carson and a daughter, Carter. Both are incredible little people. Also, in my spare time, I am a pilot and travel as much as I can. I hope you enjoy your stay!

…Jays cabin was absolutely beautiful….it looked just like the photos. I really enjoyed cooking in that huge gourmet kitchen. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Cabin wasn’t huge but big enough for our family of 3 not to feel like we were on top of each other. Loved the putting green on the deck.

I do want to point out a few things for future guest.

-there are no blinds or curtains in front of the home and parts of the kitchen which made me feel a bit unsafe or like someone could see me walking around. We could literally wave at the neighbors surrounding us.

-bed and sofa could use an update.

-there aren’t any ceiling fans in the home. So it got a bit stuffy at night; especially when cooking.

None of the above were a big inconvenience to our trip which is why i still gave it 5 stars. Jay was quick to respond to anything we needed and made sure we were settled in. Overall great stay.…

…This house truly exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful inside and out. The views were breathtaking and amazing, from all 4 decks. The kids loved the indoor basketball, pickleball , and pool table. The swim spa and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The beds were comfortable. The floor plan was spacious, and open, allowing everyone to have a bit of their own space when needed. The house is greatly insulated so we didn't hear the kids playing basketball on the upper levels. Would stay here again in an instant.…
