Our stay was very nice, everything was smooth. Only those who are sensitive to sound, the sound of cars passing by is a little too loud, and the refrigerator is also working a little too loudly, otherwise everything is perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location in downtown Milford was perfect—close to all of the shops and restaurants. The space was comfortable and spacious enough for me, my husband, and our dog, making it ideal for our extended visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and pet-friendly spot!

We had an excellent experience with the Merritt apartment. The staff was very helpful & responsive, including sharing details on where to order groceries in advance, and giving us a tour of the building, including the rooftop with its great view of campus. The apartment was beautiful & just what we needed to accommodate our family for graduation weekend. The location was ideal, allowing us the flexibility of both eating in or going to one of the many great restaurants in the area. We knew in advance that the location could be a bit noisy at night, but it was fully expected, especially on graduation weekend - it didn't pose any issues for us. We can happily recommend the Merritt team & their properties.
