The cabin was comfortable, the views couldn't be beat, and the local hikes and nature walks kept us all busy, including the dog. The Food Co-operative in Cambridge was the ideal spot to pick up a few things for the week, and despite the bucolic setting, there were plenty of restaurants to choose from within a 20-minute drive.…

…The Long Lodge made for a cozy yet eventful winter getaway of comforting food, board games, and outdoor activities. The location is walking distance from the Battenkill State Forest and the Folded Rock Trail, which was challenging and included beautiful snowy scenery. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens were furnished with everything you need for a home cooked meal, which we appreciated for brunch and dinner, however, the location is only a short drive from several places to eat. Lisa and Don’s attention to detail and overall hospitality made us feel like we were at our own home away from home.…

…absolutely wonderful place to relax. the kids enjoyed rolling down the hill along with just sprinting around the front yard. made a great view from the patio porch. You can see that Lisa cares about her guest(s) with all of the updates made to the trailer, the necessities available, the warmth of the 'Long Lodge's itself. a comfortable place to be.…

…A+ stay at Lisa's place. Absolutely beautiful location and everything we needed within the house. Communication was great and check in / check out was easy. Very pet friendly, the dog run was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again.…
