Great stay and very comfortable location. Recommend and would stay again

Once I figured out how to get in and where to park it was fantastic. Response time after questions was close to immediate!

Our son is a freshman and was wanting a home cooked meal and a little break from the dorm so we booked this condo for a weekend. The kitchen was great-had everything we needed and a dishwasher and disposal! Our son was thrilled with the dinner. :-) The location is fantastic and parking is easy. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer. The listing needs to be updated to be a 'studio' not a '1 bedroom' and the 'king' bed was smaller than expected. There wasn't much in terms of 'extra bedding and pillows' and sleeping on a couch/futon weren't enough to convince our son to stay with us. This space is great for 2 people and maybe a small child. I can't imagine having 4 people in the space but it was clean, convenient, and Jeremy was very responsive and pleasant.

this house was great with more than enough space for everyone. jeremy communicated very well and was helpful throughout the whole stay! i would for sure stay again
