It was positively perfect! Lauren is a great host and responsive to our needs/requests. Her recommendations were spot on. There is a lovely park nearby. We enjoyed sitting under the decorative lighting on the patio, with the cooler night breeze. We hope to stay here again on our next trip.

We rented this property for a full month and encountered several issues with the landlord. Firstly, she repeatedly blamed us for every scratch found around the house, assuming they were caused during our stay. Furthermore, she accused us of cigarette smoke damage, despite no one in our family smoking. When she claimed to have video evidence of this, we asked to see it, only to find out the footage actually depicted someone consuming cannabis outside—something not prohibited by the house rules.

Moreover, the landlord seemed to frequently alter her accusations, which made her claims feel less credible. In addition to these issues, she made multiple requests for extra payments beyond the agreed terms and failed to refund our pet deposit by the end of our lease.

Given our experiences, I advise future renters to be cautious. Ensure you do not pay any deposits without clear terms for refundability, and consider taking detailed photos

From beginning to end of our one month stay Lauren was a responsive and professional host.
One example- upon arrival, when Google Maps threw us a curve, she was a phone call away to explain how to get from a few blocks away to where we needed to be.

The home is brand new, never lived in, so when we identified a need for luggage racks for the guest rooms, she ordered and they were delivered the next day. She negotiated a members’ pass for us for the awesome sports club right across the street and my husband took advantage of it three times per week. Much appreciated !! The sunsets and view of the Strip-AMAZING!

Lake Las Vegas is a beautiful community filled with friendly people and great walking paths. Apart but close enough to the action. We had fun strolling around the Village and especially enjoyed the restaurants. Our night at the Wine Bar when our guests were staying with us was a time none of us will soon forget- such accommodating owners and great live entertainment.

Lauren was an outstanding Hostess and enthusiastically helpful. The house was excellent and has a fantastic view of the Las Vegas cityscape, which was enjoyed every evening either sitting outside or just relaxing watching TV and glancing out the patio doors it was a constant perk of the location. Hot tub/Spa was fully operational and very clean. All furnishings and linens were in great condition and all appliances were fully operational. We stayed at Lauren's House for 5 months while purchasing our new home in Lake Las Vegas and we would highly recommend it to anyone in the same situation, as well as Las Vegas vacationers. It is close enough to Henderson, The Strip and Freemont Street to enjoy all of the activities provided there but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of Lake Meade National Recreation Area and Boulder City etc.
