…The house was great for our family of 10 and lots of room for 3 kids to run around. The sunsets were beautiful and it was relaxing. It was nice to be there off season since it was right next to an outdoor adventure park. The host was very responsive to our questions.…

…We had a very nice time at the house! It's super convenient to the Harper's Ferry National Park, just up the road. The house was clean, and we appreciated the extra towels, the new grill and the wide variety of kitchen utensils. The hot tub was clean and very nice as well. There is road noise from the nearby highway, and the fire pit space was not as idyllic as we had imagined. But, it was a nice place to return to after exploring, and the location did have a convenience benefit- Walmart and other shops being just a few miles away.…

…The place was clean and very close to Harper’s Ferry. Although some other houses are around, it does have a secluded feel. It is spacious with a nice back patio. The beds are comfortable.

The kitchen was fairly well-stocked, although definitely not enough coffee for 4 days. We were also given one extra trash bag. The 3 bedrooms were on 3 different levels. The kids bedroom was right at the front door and near the kitchen. The glass-paneled door had no blinds, making it difficult to turn on lights early in the morning. The downstairs bedroom had an unbelievably loud AC, which kept us up a lot. The water pressure was ridiculously bad. At one point, during a shower, the water just stopped. Many tiles were popping off. Many of the lights in the bedroom were burned out. The towels smelled kind of moldy and the washing machine didn’t work properly (I have the same one at home, so I know how to use it). There’s no shampoo, so make sure to bring some.

This place definitely needs some TLC.…

…Laura’s home was an ideal gathering place for our family. We appreciated it’s proximity to the beautiful town of Harper’s Ferry. The setting was quiet and private. The home offered many spaces for everyone to spread out but also allowed for us to spend time together in the large dining room and basement. The house was very clean and included fun extras like a fire pit and hot tub. You won’t regret renting Laura’s place. We hope to return in the future!…

…This house was just what we needed for a quick recharge with friends and family. We utilized the fire pit for s'mores and the hot tub for soaking, and the kitchen was well appointment with everything we needed for preparing a big breakfast feast. All features were as described and it was in a great location with good access to Harper's Ferry. The Rabbit Hole was our favorite restaurant and we loved all the shops and exhibits.…
