Had a great time. James was a great host. We will defiantly be back next year. We were not right on the beach but the walk was less then 5 minutes.

The location couldn’t be beat! The golfcart was a nice addition as well.
We found that the house could be organized a little better in the kitchen cabinets, but we were able to make do with what was there. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic — close to everything in Grayton - easy access to the beach as well as the restaurants and shops around town. The property was well-equipped with lots of great amenities, which made our trip super comfortable and we were traveling as a party of five.

The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a couple of small issues, which were easy fixes and maintenance took care of right away. The front and back door locks are keypads, but don't function the same way, which was a bit confusing, but didn’t take away from our overall experience.

We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

An awesome experience. We will be back! This is a great house and I absolutely loved how responsive James was. He even setup little bonfires for us on the beach and included bikes and a golf cart!
