…We loved this house!!! Comes with so many amenities- the golf cart was so helpful as one person in our group had an injury! It’s a quick and beautiful walk to the beach- there is even a beach shuttle running all day. The home is so great- best kitchen and an ice maker that is just for drinks!! We loved it all and would stay there again for sure! Also, Grayton Beach is a peaceful, quaint community that is so refreshing! Thank you for sharing your home with us and for the bonfire too!! Such a treat!!…

…Ideal home for a large family or group visiting Grayton and 30A generally. Central location, easy walk to beach, comfortable layout, and top quality extras/amenities (firepit night, grill, bikes, cart, pool). James and his team were a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to the small handful of questions that arose during our weeklong stay. Highly recommend.…

…This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed at in the area! We enjoyed the amenities such as the golf cart, beach bonfire, heated pool and fireplace! We have had a family tradition for the past several years of a NY’s Eve beach bonfire and this year’s did not disappoint!! We did have a major mishap that added a bit of a damper, but James promptly solved the problem within 2 hours on a holiday! We had a great time and would love to come back!…

…Was even better than the photos! Very spacious, open, with a wonderfully stocked kitchen and beautiful decor. We really appreciated the bikes, golf cart and beach bonfire. The owners were very responsive when there was an issue with the local power and helped us when we left behind a personal item. We hope we will have another family holiday here in the future.…

…We had a wonderful time in this rental house. It was perfect for our party of 12. The house is spacious. It has a large kitchen, dining, and living room open floor plan-great for large groups. The area is quiet and only a short walk to the beach. The heated pool was an extra treat! We enjoyed bike rides around Grayton and using the golf cart for a trip to Seaside and to visit family staying near Red Bar. Highly recommend this rental.…
