“…Ann is an amazing host who has literally thought of everything you'll need to have a comfortable and fun stay on her property. Despite being in the construction phase, there is a fully stocked kitchen in which to cook and/or to enjoy some of Ann's homemade goodies, recharge devices, wash dishes, etc. The bathroom/ shower cabin is also quite nice and it sounds like there will be others in the post- construction future. Just the one didn't seem to be a problem during my two night stay for the eclipse. Beds were super comfortable inside the glamping "tents" and rechargeable camping lanterns are pretty plentiful for your use inside and out. Cell service (ATT at least) was excellent 5G. I hope to stay again and explore more of the area when my visit won't be centered around a celestial event! Nice central location for all kinds of upstate adventures!…

“…If you are looking for a unique outdoorsy stay with some of the amenities you expect from a traditional airbnb stop your search this is the place. This stay was everything described and more! The tent was kept warm on a brisk fall night by the heater and of course, plenty of extra blankets. Despite the rainy weekend Ann made sure we had dry firewood. Another plus is the inside of the tent was completely dry. Ann even went out of her way to accommodate for my food allergy in the provided breakfast. Great jumping off point for the finger lakes region and some great state parks. Located centrally to wineries, breweries, and hiking. Overall, what makes this stay special is all of the little details that Ann has thought of that amount to a perfect stay!…
