…Nice, clean apartment with all the necessary stuff in it. Everything was working well and we did not have any trouble with anything. One thing to note is that the walls are quite thin and we could hear the neighbors talking in their apartment very well. Fortunately that didn't bother us as they were polite and quiet and went to bed early although we did wake up early to our neighbors alarm clock :) The communal pool was a minutes walk away and was also in good condition. There's also a smaller pool available suited for the very small.…

…I was in the apartment for just over 4 weeks and had a very pleasant stay!
The location is excellent for Kato Pafos, an easy walk to the beaches/harbour, Kings Avenue Mall and dozens of restaurants/bars. Old Town is a 30 minute stroll up the hill.
The apartment is as advertised, good value for the price. The only inconveniences I noted are the electricity being controlled by the key fob, meaning it is shut off every time you go out of the apartment so the air con and wifi need to spool back up every time you come back in (I was working remotely so my laptop had to keep re-connecting). And if you're arriving at night, ensure you know where you're heading because this part of Margarita Gardens is not particularly well lit or signed - took me 15 minutes to find it at 2am with all my luggage. My taxi driver couldn't help me.
Netflix on the TV was a nice bonus! :)
Estéa was immediately responsive to any minor issues during the stay (thank you!) and check-in/check-out was seamless.…
