Mark is EXCEPTIONAL !!l,he quickly responded to any questions we had. The house is beautiful, extremely comfortable ,very clean and has everything you need. Having the pool was a plus but having the ping ping , pooltable,was super.We truly enjoyed our stay, we definitely felt at home.Thabk you Mark for making our family vacation memorable

Marks place was immaculate. We were a family of 9 going and we had space for everyone to have their own bed and privacy. We did run out of TP 😂 But that’s because we had 9 people there it had nothing to do with the host. We truly loved the location as it was close enough to everything but far enough away to have privacy. I do wish we had a list of beach access areas more accessible but I did find on after doing some digging online. We would definitely stay again!

I would give this location a 5/5 but I’m not too pleased with the cancellation policy . In my opinion I don’t think it was very flexible. Overall the place is nice and clean . It’s in a good location . It’s a 3 min drive from downtown Deniden where there’s lots of good restaurants, shops are brewery . Highly recommended going to the wild iris cafe for breakfast or lunch. They have good sangrias. It’s close to pinellas trail . 15 min from dog beach and 20 from Clearwater . Theres lots to do in the area . Great place to get away and you don’t really have to go far to have fun . You can walk to many places if the weather is agreeable with you !
