Nice condo with amazing views to the river! Centrally located, so it's easy to get to all of the old town area. Heard the upstairs neighbor a little more than I wanted, but not too bad overall. The bed is firm, but comfortable. Nice little café right next door on the corner, which is convenient. Great communication with Nicolas & Maria!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicolas and Maria’s apratment. It was in walking distance to great resturants and a beautiful park with free-roaming hens.
The balcony was the perfect spot to drink our morning coffee. Would recommend:)

The flat is great for a couple wanting a comfortable base to explore Lisbon. It is on the fourth floor & there is no lift. It was comfortable & spotlessly clean & had all we needed. Nice gesture to leave some wine & biscuits. Also nice to have the little things like soap, dishwasher tabs & sponge etc, all provided.
