About Emil And Christina

…We just wrapped up our one month stay at Emil and Christina's lovely home! It was glorious! This was our second year staying at their Palm and Llama residence. We hope to return again next year! The four bedroom/two bath home easily accomodates our children and grandchildren when they visit, but is also perfect for just the two of us! We love the light, bright interior and the open spaciousness of the shared areas. The pool and hot tub area is our favorite spot, perfectly heated to our request and very private. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors we met were delightful. We would strongly recommend this home if you are planning to visit the Phoenix area!…

…We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for a month and it felt like a home away from home. We loved our time in the in the heated pool and hot tub which was most days. Great backyard space to hang out by the pool in the sun or under the covered area in the shade. We used the kitchen quite a bit and it worked out well. And the house is close to bunch of restaurants when you are not in the mood to cook or need a cup of coffee. Nice neighborhood for walks! And overall centrally located in Phoenix area to get to a lot of places in about 20-30 mins for hiking, A Cubs spring training game, or hiking/ mountain biking at South Moutain.

Emil and Christina were super responsive when supplies were running low or when we had a question about something.…

…Emil and Christina were the most gracious and accomodating hosts! Their home was lovely and every detail was perfect. It was spotless upon our arrival and ready for us. This was an excellent home for our family of nine, 6 adults and 3 children. The pool and hot tub were set to the perfect temperatures per our request and every text/email we sent was promptly replied to. Not only was the kitchen nicely furnished with necessary items, Emil and Christina also had everything we needed for our 1 year old grandson, and the older kids too. Our granddaughter loved the llama theme. The neighborhood was very friendly and quiet. This home is our new favorite in the Phoenix area. We hope to revisit this home on one of our future visits to the Phoenix area.…

…My husband and I (and our dog) had an amazing 6 week stay at this beautiful property. Emil and Christina are such wonderful hosts. They were so accommodating and helpful. This home is exactly as described and immaculately cleaned. We loved everything about our stay but especially the quality of the bedding and towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful and a great location to everything. We have never stayed at any property that felt more like home. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back! Thanks for an amazing stay!!…
