Nice place came for work had everything I needed and would come again!

I spent one month here while in the process of fully moving to Austin. Great hosts that are easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions. The property itself is very easy to navigate and in good condition. Would recommend to anyone for a seamless experience.

The location felt secured and comfortable

What I would call surface clean - at first glance, looks clean. But the semen stains on the sheets and the family of roaches that emerge from the kitchen area as soon as you turn off the lights say otherwise. Be prepared to sleep with the lights on. Had to wash everything in the kitchen before it could be used - plates were greasy, coffee maker not cleaned - no coffee provided. The overwhelming smell of pot smoke in the bathroom was another annoyance. Tub was not cleaned and shower curtain badly stained. Some of the neighbors in the complex will be wearing state-issued ankle bracelets, while others walk around at night chanting and burning incense. It was a really weird place. Trailer park down the street, rolls of razor wire across the tops of nearby complexes...felt like a third world country. Convenient to walk to a couple restaurants; no stores within walking dist. Cold AC, decent gym, front desk staff nice. Must download an app to operate gates/doors - weird and not user-friendly.
